À propos de cet hébergement

Notre maison est située au cœur du quartier historique. Vous serez à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de l'Academy Gate 3, du City Dock, du St John's College, de la Main Street Food, des mariages de la PACA House et de la capitale de l'État du Maryland.

Cette maison en rangée de trois étages de 1870, de style fédéral, a été partiellement rénovée en 2017. Elle comprenait la destruction de la cuisine et la finition de la chambre à coucher du sous-sol anglais.

Profitez d'un porche avec moustiquaire donnant sur un jardin privé aux murs de briques de huit pieds de haut. Il y a beaucoup d'espaces partagés dans toute la maison et il y a beaucoup d'espaces privés pour vous évader.

Il y a trois salles de bain complètes; deux douches et le maître a un bain de trempage pied griffe. La chambre à coucher rénovée du sous-sol anglais, qui sert de cinquième chambre, possède sa propre blanchisserie, son réfrigérateur, son évier et le troisième bain.

Le patio en brique arrière est doté d’un foyer et est entouré de murs d’intimité en briques de plus de 6 pieds. Le porche arrière à l'arrière de la cuisine avec sièges en teck est un espace unique à partager

Avec ses coordonnées piétonnes, son cœur en pin, ses hauts plafonds et ses aménagements modernes, vous vous sentirez à l'aise dans cette vieille maison charmante.

La chambre à coucher du sous-sol anglais comporte trois entrées, une porte arrière menant à la propriété voisine située au 210, rue Prince George, via un accès 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, par une porte donnant sur la rue Prince George.

Commissioning Week

We had a great stay at this property during Commissioning Week! The owners were very responsive and communication was great. We were even able to get a parking spot for the week. The house is about 3 blocks to Gate 1 and 2 blocks to Gate 3. It is so close even our 83 year old parents were able to make the walk. The owners were completely reliable...Ive heard nightmare stories about owners canceling last minute. Thank you for a great week.

Gorgeous, clean historic home in a wonderful location!

We stayed in this beautiful home over a work trip for six nights and we could not have been happier with our stay! Shawn was great about communicating with me and insured our stay was comfortable. As soon as I walked in I was instantly pleased with this home; it is warm and inviting. This home is absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed relaxing out on the covered, screened in porch after a long day of work. The location is perfect and this home is beautiful . Thank you for sharing it with us!

Outstanding!

We could not have been happier with our stay at 212 Prince George for Commissioning Week. Location, location, location! It was so easy to walk to the yard for all of the special events, especially when Gate 3 was open. The house was perfect for all of our guests and the added personal touches made us feel very welcomed. We were blessed with perfect weather and that made the sun porch the favorite hangout for everyone. I would highly recommend this house.

Stunning home

Perfect home for a large family. Rooms are spacious, beautiful and very clean. The location is ideal for shopping, dining and enjoying historic downtown Annapolis. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful time! We highly recommend this location and look forward to returning.

Another Wonderful Annapolis Weekend Stay

AMAZING FAMILY TIME!

I retired from the Navy this past weekend but I no longer live in Annapolis so I needed a large place to accommodate about 10 people. Of course, we could have all stayed in separate hotel rooms but, it was SO nice to all be in the same house and have time to just relax together and sit out on the awesome back screen porch or in the living room or dining room or kitchen. We used every room on the main floor to hang out with friends and family in between events this past weekend. I was so relaxed and thankful to have all my out of town family with me and I could have NEVER achieved that if we were staying in separate hotel rooms. There was also plenty of room to have other friends over and just enjoy spending time together. Also, I despise being hot and the AC worked great! The kitchen was SUPER clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms had large sitting areas and were very comfortable too. I had a perfect retirement weekend thanks in large part to the accommodations I selected. It's better to be lucky than good and I REALLY got lucky with this choice! The owners were super responsive too. GREAT EXPERIENCE! AND!!! The location is unbeatable in Annapolis! PG street is PERFECT. You can walk everywhere including the Stadium with ease.

Terrific Place Close to the USNA

Nice home, clean, lot of amenities (I am actually going to buy a Nespresso now). Close to old style shopping as well as the Naval Academy. No complaints from us.

Wonderful place in a great city

My family and I are relatively new to VRBO, so probably needed a bit more process related hand holding than more seasoned VRBO users. Our hosts were incredibly generous with their offer of help with both process issues, and practical/logistical issues regarding the functional use of their beautiful home. The house is large, well positioned in the city, and immediately proximate to great restaurants, shopping, and places to walk to dog. It was also prepared for our arrival as clean, and well organized as any fine hotel we’ve visited, and even generously provisioned by our very thoughtful hosts. Awesome choice for a family vacation in a cool city.

Mini Reunion

This was the perfect spot for our family get together. Great location… walking distance to just about anything you could want. The property was well equipped, and the patios (off the kitchen, and in the back of the property) were enjoyed daily. We’ll be back!

Commissioning Week 2021

What a great week we had in Annapolis! House and location were perfect for the busy graduation week! Just a quick walk to the gorgeous Naval Academy campus. This beautiful historic home was stocked with everything that we needed!!! Homeowners were delightful to work with! Highly recommend!

Perfect for reunion

Had 4 former USNA roommates and wives stay for err union weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of space for each couple to have their own area. The communal rooms gave us many opportunities to sit and talk. Location to the Yard can’t be beat. The owners went to great lengths to make us feel welcome. And it is a really cool house!

A historic gem appointed with care for the most comfort!

Shawn & Anne's property was exactly what we were looking for, but the kindness of our hosts went beyond all of our expectations! They were responsive, accommodating and made sure we had a very pleasant stay -- from the welcome basket, to the carefully laid-out instructions, and nice touches throughout the house. The home is exactly as pictured, and proved to be very warm, comfortable and quiet, even though it's right in the middle of town with great access to downtown restaurants, the boat show and more. We could not have been more thrilled and look forward to returning next year. Thank you!

Amazing Annapolis home

We loved staying in this gorgeous historic home. You cannot beat this location if attending an event at the US Naval Academy. The design of the house is superb - a gem of a restoration balancing the old and new. The owners of this home make it very comfortable to stay here. The beds are excellent with wonderful linens, plentiful towels, and small kind gestures like greeting you with a welcome basket of goodies and a stocked fridge of drinks. We had plenty of room for a family and could have friends over for dinner in the private backyard. It has amazing air conditioning which is essential for summer in Annapolis and advanced features like Nest. This house is deceptively large! But lots of stairs so stay here if you are fit. Also we left our big suitcase downstairs for fear of banging it into a wall and rather just carried our stuff upstairs to the master bedroom. All in all a wonderful house. The owners are super responsive and we are grateful they allowed us to stay.

Amazing House!

We arrived in Annapolis with our family for our daughter’s Commissioning week. The owners were very responsive and the house was beautiful. We arrived to a basket of house warming goodies and beautiful flowers on the table. The location was great for my 78 yr old Mom to come and go from the Yard easily with all the activities during the week. The beds were comfortable and the basement apartment was a great place for the kids to watch tv. The outdoor porch was a huge hit! It became the gathering place for after dinner discussions and late night story telling. The kitchen was well equipped and great espresso coffee maker. There are room air conditioners that helped make the house very comfortable despite a few muggy nights. A perfect blend of modern updates and historical charm. We absolutely loved the house and highly recommend! Worth every penny!

Very charming, and lovely property! Plenty of spaces to congragate and space for privacy as well.

Very charming and beautiful home in a fantastic location. Easy access to USNA and Downtown points of interest. We had 5 adults for our stay and had plenty of room to entertain friends and visitors. Very versatile property that could easily host a couple of families for an Annapolis stay. Owners were very accessible and went out of their way to provide for a welcome stay. Would gladly return again for a future visit and highly recommend this wonderful home if you are interested in a convenient and great VRBO experience!

What a great experience! Beautiful home!

I can't say enough about the home or the owners. We rented this home for commissioning week at the Naval Academy and couldn't have been happier! It was in perfect condition, and the owners had obviously put a lot of thought and care into making sure it was a great experience. The location was perfect- just a short walk from gate 3, and the home offered a combination of privacy and at the same time had room to host guests and family members with a beautiful back garden and an overlooking screened-in porch. The home and appliances were in perfect condition and very user-friendly. The rooms were great and offered plenty of privacy, even with multiple guests. Parking was available in front (passes furnished by our hosts) and while occasionally a minor challenge, we always found spaces close by with a minimum of effort. The owners were courteous and as helpful as could be in making sure this was an outstanding experience. In the past we have always stayed in hotels, but this was an excellent choice and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

We love our 'new' home complete with 1870’s quirks complemented by a modern kitchen, updated baths and a location in the middle of historic Annapolis. We moved into town from the woods three miles away when our youngest went to college.

Prince George Street is the greatest street in Annapolis. We parachuted in to the center of historic Annapolis with restaurants, galleries, pubs, playhouses and shops just a few minutes walk away.

One word to describe the whole place: gratifying.

Plenty of communal spaces as well as get away/leave me alone places in which to retreat.

Less than five minute walk to everything in Historic Annapolis.
Non-smoking.
Not an absentee landlord, we live here.
