This is a sought after wedding and naval commissioning week house because of proximity to naval academy and spectacular views of Round Bay so parties are permitted. Limit of 25 guests for family gatherings. In respect to our neighbors, we will need to be aware of any party event being held on our land to inform them of size and dates. Utility Vehicle in garage not permitted to be used by guests unless with special permission. 2 large commercial beverage refrigerators in basement bar and ice maker.
