Looking for a bright, airy studio in the hills of Silver Lake? Love to walk to the stores and shops? Want to be a 20 minute drive to the beach(Redondo, Manhattan, Hermosa, etc)? Come enjoy Los Angeles in a private guest house in Silverlake, with views of the Observatory. The reservoir is a short 2 minute walk down the stairs, and it's a lovely early morning jog.

No cigarettes/smokers please. We keep the place ready so last minute guest are always welcome. Late check-in will require a high level of silence as we are in a uber quiet neighborhood.

View-only and emergency access: lower patio
Exclusive access: fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate entrance and stairs on the left side of the house, independent keyless entry, and the large studio
Prohibited: Patio and backyard access without prior written approval. This area is private to the main house above, as are the stairs on the opposite side of the house.

There is a single security cameras covering the exterior front door entrance from the street. We have never had issues with burglaries or stolen items and accept no liability and guests agree to hold us harmless in the event of a criminal act.

Silver Lake is an amazing community that's really designed around biking and walking. There are 23 sets of stairs that make traversing the rolling hills easier. There are three distinct areas of shops on Griffith Park, Glendale, and Sunset, which form a triangle around where you'll be staying. Use Yelp to find the latest and greatest place to eat and shop.

There is a public transit, but Uber, Lyft or your feet is the most convenient way to get around town for visitors.

We don't allow pets, but are happy to refer you to DoggyVacay as there are a homes within walking distance that will host your dog during your stay.

Additional cleans are required each 14 weeks for stays longer than 28 day, and are billed 72 hours before check-in via AirBNB at a cost of $70/clean. If you would like the cleaner to do your personal laundry, they will do up to two loads for $25.
