La propriété est située sur un cul-de-sac dans une petite communauté fermée. A quelques minutes en voiture ou en bateau de toutes les attractions à Weirs Beach. Une grande allée pavée offre beaucoup de place pour le stationnement des véhicules et une remorque. Profitez de levers de soleil spectaculaires de la maison. A la fin d'une journée remplie de plaisir, faire une croisière de coucher du soleil pour magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le lac.

Mobilité limitée amicale: beaucoup de niveau avec très peu d'étapes dans la maison et sur le lac avec deux chambres et une salle de bains, cuisine, salon et salle à manger à l'étage principal.

Wonderful home and a great location!

Fantastic view of the lake and a beautiful home. The house has all the amenities you could think of and more! We had a wonderful vacation on Lake Winni. The homeowner was great and answered all of my questions which is so important during these times. I highly recommend this home to anyone that wants to be on the water and really enjoy some rest and relaxation!

Great finish to the summer

We loved Birch Haven inside and out. The kitchen has everything you would need, there plenty of space to spread out in the sun and living rooms, and the lake front is perfect. We used the paddle boards daily, and rented a boat for part of the trip, and the kids went snorkeling. The owner was very responsive and we look forward to staying next year! Thank ylu

Super great rental experience! The home is beautiful, clean and very comfortable with a wonderful swimming area and docking. Feels like you have lived there your whole life, who would ever want to leave such a nice lakefront home on a great lake! Julie the host, was 'The Best', and very responsive in her communications. Everyone loved the home, its location, and amenities. You will not be disappointed if you rent it. A very well deserved, "Five Stars" for the property and host!

Everything you could want in an ideal location

We have rented all over New England, including Cape Cod, and this place could not have more perfectly suited our needs more. We are a family of four, with an 11 and 8 year old. If it were not for the quarantine there was easily space for more guests. Highlights: - Communication with Julie could not have been better. - High-end, well-equipped kitchen--just like home. This was particularly important to me because of the quarantine, we prepped nearly every meal in the house. It was nice to know that I didn't have to compromise on my normal cooking routine. -The beds were very comfortable, new memory foam. - Air conditioning was top notch, the whole place was entirely cool the entire time we were there. Cooler than we keep our own house. - The location is ideal, 5 minutes to Weirs Beach, 10 minutes from grocery shopping, cute little shops in Meredith, bike path in Laconia, etc. - Very secluded feeling, due to the situation of the house near the water, facing the quieter side of the lake. The fence and hedges add to the sense of having your own private oasis. - Shallow entry for kids. It felt like we had a swimming pool right outside our house. - Dock if you need it. You can rent from several places around. We rented both water skis and a boat from Weirs Beach. - Paddle boards! You can paddle board (or kayak or boat) to beach-side restaurant, bar, and ice cream shop right across the bay. - Fantastic views. The whole family loved spending every evening in the sun room, listening to the waves, enjoying the breeze, watching movies or playing board games. Perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful coffee in the morning. - We used the grill daily, and firepit one evening for family s'mores. - We enjoyed snorkeling for Bluegill just beyond the dock. Who knew that New England snorkeling could be so interesting? - We are a biking family. Therefore there was almost no traffic in the gated streets near the house. Felt very safe just letting the kids roam on their own with their bikes without any supervision. My family asked me how soon we could return after our very first day. :). We plan to come back for two weeks next summer, if there is availability!

Birch Haven was incredible!

My family and I stayed in Birch Haven for a weeks long vacation. Pulling into the driveway, we were first struck by the beauty of the landscaping: lush green grass, perfectly manicured shrubs, and beautiful flowers. Upon entering the home, we were blown away by it’s beautiful view, gorgeous decor, and how immaculate it was. It felt like home. There was nothing that Birch Haven didn’t have. Not only was the whole house equipped with everything we could need or want, there were things we never expected such as shampoo, conditioner and body in each bathroom. Upgraded bath towels, not the rough white ones. Hand soap in each bathroom, dish soap, tide pods…the list goes on and on. I loved the pillows in the master bedroom so much I came home and bought one. We loved this home! Julie was so easy to work with and communicate with. They are top notch owners. Anyone who rents this home will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Julie and Jeff for sharing your amazing home!

Family Reunion Was a Blast!

We cannot recommend this property enough! Everything was top notch and Julie made every rental step so easy and manageable. Yoga on the yard overlooking the Lake in the mornings, the paddle boards in the afternoon, and corn hole, fire pit and cocktails were the highlights of our evenings. Every family member had something to do. We even rented jet skis one afternoon and could bring them right up to Julie's dock. The kitchen was stocked with the highest level of appliances, including a waffle iron and Keurig machine, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great water pressure too! Master bedroom was large, comfortable and quiet. Looking forward to next year!!

Amazing Property with Breathtaking Views!

Couldn't have asked for a more amazing property to stay at for 7-days over Christmas vacation for the kids. Excellent location directly on the lake. Only 15-minute drive to Gunstock Mountain. Highly recommend this property.

Everything we wanted and more

Our stay was spectacular! The amenities provided were extensive and superior to any of the many rentals we have ever visited, including sanitizing supplies and cloth face masks. They even provide ample firewood for the fire pit. The pack & play and pressure gate provided were greatly appreciated for my toddler grandchild. The location was the perfect balance of seclusion and access to Meredith. Pre-arrival, the owner provided detailed and very helpful information. Every time I reached out, I received a response usually within minutes, but at the most a couple of hours. The kitchen was VERY well equipped, seconded by my son and daughter-in-law who are both professional chefs. We lacked for nothing. We even hit the weather lottery for a perfect week! Lastly, we appreciated the owner's generous cancellation consideration in light of the pandemic. Thankfully, we did not have to use it. We hope to return next year.

Amazing Home in a Perfect Location

The house was in immaculate condition and has a unique layout with lots of natural light and plenty of outdoor space to use. The location was in a wide open, but very calm spot in the bay, that provided panoramic views of the lake. Julie was great to rent from, accommodating & very quick to respond. Can't wait to come back again as soon as we can.

Perfect Winnipesaukee spot

Couldn’t recommend this property highly enough! It’s a true gem. The location is both quiet and in the heart of the action on Lake Winnipesaukee. Literally minutes from everything you need yet tucked into a lovely wooded setting complete with the most beautiful view of Paugus Bay.

Perfect Lakehouse and location

We were extremely impressed from the moment we entered the house, and not just with the view and location, but with the house and the amenities. Everything in the kitchen and throughout the house was of high quality and made us feel at home. The beds were comfortable, the sunroom was bright, and the living room was relaxing. We had such a great time and my family absolutely loved the lake and the house, it was a perfect vacation. We rented a boat for the week and the attached dock made enjoying the lake even easier. We will definitely return.

Property was just as described. Perfect getaway for the whole family! We loved our time here.

There was great communication with the property owners throughout the whole process. It put our minds at ease during the stay. We were a group of 12 including 6 kids between 9 months and 13 years old. We stayed here at the beginning of July. The kids loved the water (especially the floating dock) and there was enough to do in town to easily keep them busy all week. The house was very clean and has everything you could want all in working order. There wasn't a single time we said "I wish they had this". We barbecued most nights and made fire by the water to end each day. I would absolutely recommend the property to anyone looking to get away for some peace and relaxation.

Wonderful lake house for families!

We had such an amazing time with our family at Julie’s property. The house is beautiful at every angle. Everything you need in a home for vacation was there! Wonderful rental helped make the perfect vacation

Returned to wife’s hometown for a great family vacation and mini reunion. The home was perfect for our group ( grandparents, parents, grandsons and friends. ) Plenty of Room for all, kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve multiple meals. Outside area was well designed and beautifully maintained. The fire pit, Sonos Sound system, and paddle boards were a pleasant surprise. Even on a summer weekend, the boat traffic was far across the bay. Grandkids caught their first fish. Sad to leave and already making plans to return many times in future years. Owner was very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

A wonderful place to stay

My family and I stayed at Birch Haven for a long weekend. The location was easy to get to and close to many attractions. The house is even nicer than portrayed in the picture. It is clean, comfortable and spacious. All of the beds were comfortable and everyone had their own space to relax. We stayed the weekend after Labor Day. The water was still warm enough to take advantage of the beach right in front of the house. The house is turn key. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. The owners were very accommodating with checkin and checkout times and with any questions. I don't think we could have found a nicer place to stay for our family vacation.

We purchased this property after 17 years of renting at the lake. Almost everything in the house was purchased new in 2016 and is replaced as needed. My goal is to offer a comfortable, functional home for family vacation memories to be made.

Leaf peepers will LOVE the arboretum-like entrance to the property. The home sits right next to a snowmobile trail and is 10 miles from Gunstock Mountain for winter activities.
