Venez regarder les dauphins jouer à Sea Breeze, l'un des bâtiments les plus populaires de Madeira Beach. Vacances sans un soin dans le monde à notre magnifique, une chambre à coucher, condo Golfe-avant. Temps de se relaxer. Vous êtes arrivé au paradis.

Directement sur le golfe du Mexique, notre maison loin de la maison a été entièrement rénové. Nous avons décoré avec soin, pour vous faire sentir à la maison. La cuisine est remplie de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer vos repas. Il y a un grand lit dans la chambre à coucher avec un t. v., lecteur DVD et des films. Il ya un lit escamotable dans le salon. Cela permet pour le confort de deux grands lits dans deux chambres séparées. Pour tous les fans de sport ... le salon dispose d'un écran plat 46'HD t. v., un lecteur DVD et une bibliothèque de films. Câble Internet haut débit est disponible pour votre usage. Notre condo a toutes les commodités de la maison et plus encore. Un pack et le jeu crèche, chaises de plage, jouets pour le sable et les corps flottants sont dans le placard pour votre usage.

Il ya un grand balcon privé avec vue spectaculaire sur le golfe du Mexique, la piscine et la plage de sable blanc de poudre. Asseyez-vous et profiter des magnifiques couchers de soleil et regarder les dauphins qui nagent par. Cette unité est située au quatrième étage, donnant sur la plage, piscine chauffée et bain à remous. Il ya de gaz et barbecues au charbon, avec une zone de pique-nique près de la piscine, pour votre usage. Cabines de plage sont disponibles à la location.

Faites une promenade sur la plage, un 1/4 mile de la célèbre Pass Village de John, où vous trouverez une vieille promenade façonné avec des magasins et des restaurants en abondance. Sur le pont et vous êtes à Gators, une des plus grandes barres de front de mer de la planète. Essayez para-voile, jet ski, louer un bateau ou faire une croisière les voies navigables côtières inter ou simplement vous détendre sur la plage. Mais, le plus important - Profitez de vos vacances!

Great stay!

Martin and Julie were so wonderful to work with and quick to respond. The condo was great for our family of 4. The unit is in the middle of the building, which was convenient. We thought that maybe it would be loud since we were by the elevators but we never heard anything and it was Spring Break after all. Lots of parking spots. They had chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, you name it they probably had it. The location was perfect! We were in walking distance to John’s Pass & restaurants. The Publix is a 5 min car ride and there is a 7/11 across the street. Kona Ice came by the pool every day. We can’t wait to return!

Nice getaway!

The condo was very nice. Nice furnishings and the bed was very comfortable. The beach chairs, coolers and other beach items were very convenient and appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need. The only disappointment was the fact that the pool and hot tub were still being repaired and not usable. The owner made us aware that they might not be completed by the time of our stay, but we were still hoping they would be.

Chose this area because we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Clearwater Beach area. This condo was beautifully decorated, wish it had an in unit washer/dryer although there is one available not far from the front door. Enjoyed our morning breakfast each day on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The property owners were very understanding and assisted us with a late check-in when our flight was cancelled. We arrived a day later at midnight. The check-in was seamless. The unit was clean and comfortable. You will need to buy a few essentials if staying longer as there were just a few to get you started. No beach towels but there were chairs and an umbrella for use. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen/cooking essentials. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Very nice place and area

We had a wonderful stay. Everything is as described in the listing. The extras there made a big difference. They had a box fan, tent for the beach, chairs, etc. We had everything we needed. It’s nice to have things there to use that we couldn’t bring with us on a plane. Communication was great with the owner. The only two complaints we had was there were too many codes for everything: code for our unit, code for the elevator, code for the pool and bathrooms, and code for the beach access. The unit could also use a deep clean. There was dust on the walls and the shower was a little dirty. These few things would not keep us from staying here again. This is a great unit and a great area. We were close to everything but it didn’t seem touristy.

This was the best equipped property we have stayed in. It is a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again. There were 2 things that were not 5 star to us. 1, it needs a deep cleaning. When we went to plug in a phone behind the end table there was ALOT of dust, and there was hair in the shower. 2, the complex desperately needs 2 elevators. These 2 things would not keep me from staying in this unit but should definitely be addressed.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was beautiful and nicely decorated and clean. Parking was terrible for our Chevy truck and my husband scraped his truck on the stucco causing significant damage. Decided on different parking spot because of this. The elevator was super slow so we used the stairs a lot. This would not prevent us from staying again.

Gorgeous condo on the ocean!

Loved this condo at Seabreeze! High end kitchen cabinets, plenty of glasses & wine glasses. Plenty of cookware to make a meal. Comfy living room furniture. King size bed perfect. I had concerns of not having laundry facilities but the laundry area was very close & easy to use. Location was perfect on the beach! A quiet area with a huge beachfront! Easy walk to restaurants & John’s Pass. Views from balcony breathtaking with gorgeous sunsets.

Wonderful condo and location

The condo was accurately described and spacious. Sheets were soft, A/C worked well, lots of beach equipment, parking was east and we appreciated the outdoor seats. Overall, we just thoroughly enjoyed the space and location on the beach. It was our first time there and we loved it. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have been regular visitors to the Gulf coast and we simply decided to make our dream come true. The Sea Breeze building is superbly maintained. The area allows you to simply relax or enjoy the charm of John's Pass which is near by. The rental cabanas come in handy if it is windy or a little cool and you still want to be sitting on the beach. 7eleven is right across the street and open 24 hours, for late check ins.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We loved this condo for its layout and location the minute we visited it. This very spacious condo allows you to feel the beach at all times from the kitchen and large living room. The bedroom has a King bed while there is a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large shower with a bench.
We take great care in our home away from home and have equipped it to meet your needs. The setup is very relaxing as you can enjoy the sunset from your private balcony.
Also, it is just about guaranteed that you will see dolphins swimming and playing in the ocean while you sit on the balcony during a stay at our condo.
