Our Condo property is newly renovated. The pool and hot tub are ready for you! The beach is gorgeous! Our gulf front condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine on Florida's beautiful Madeira Beach with oceanfront views! Our newly renovated Sea Breeze unit 307 features an open layout and is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with all the amenities and extras. All new furniture and beds with comfortable mattresses. All new kitchen appliances. Take in the beautiful sunsets from your private balcony facing the Gulf and white sand beach. You will be conveniently located near Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk featuring shops, restaurants and attractions. There are many opportunities for adventure with fishing, boating, jet skiing, pirate ship and sightseeing cruises nearby. There is a Suncoast Beach Trolley stop right out front that allows you to explore other beach towns nearby.
Our unit is owner managed and we provide convenient on site check in. We look forward to making your vacation the most memorable one!

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was so clean and smelled great. It was so spacious and perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were great and not too busy during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great location! Communication with the owners was super easy. Beach essentials were provided. They even had some beach toys for my toddler. My family and I enjoyed our stay:)

Fun Family Vacation on a Great Beach!

We had a great time at the condo! It was in a great location on the beautiful Madeira Beach! Warm water and perfect sand! The pool was awesome too! The condo was great and had what we needed and a perfect location! I’d definitely stay again! Thank you so much!!!!

Perfect getaway

The property is even nicer than the pictures! Tanya was wonderful and the fact that there was a Keurig AND a coffee pot made me smile. If we ever make it back to Maderia beach this is where we’ll head 😊

Perfect for families

This rental was superb from the time of booking. Great communication, couldn’t have asked for an easier check in and check out procedure, large condo so plenty of room and included several extras which is especially nice when flying and unable to take those things with you. We will rent again if the opportunity ever arises. Thank you for a great vacation!

Perfect condo! Clean, spacious and updated. Everything you need for a great getaway , the owners have thought of everything including everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. Perfect location and the owners are super nice and make everything as simple as it can be. Every Vrbo should be like this.

Beautiful updated condo with amazing ocean view..The property was way nicer than the photos..Everything we needed was in the condo..The property owners communicated with us through the entire stay..I definitely will try and stay here every visit!!!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

We had a great time enjoying our vacation at your place. It was very clean and had a lot of small touches that made it great. All the little things that you can’t bring with you or maybe don’t want to buy was provided for you. This touch very nice and helpful. The owners were very accessible and were able to fix a small problem it a timely manner. Would definitely stay again in the future. 😀

Amazing place

Tanya’s apartment was great. It was clean and looks as good as the pictures. The view fro the balcony is amazing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Tanya was always quick to answer all my questions. The only con i have is the elevator being slow but that’s not the owners fault. I would totally book again.

So Thankful we Trusted this One and Switched!

This was exactly what we were dreaming about for our family get away to Florida! Initially we had two rooms at a Marriott nearby but this was SO MUCH BETTER for the family. All 8 of us were able to relax, sleep, eat and enjoy one another in one incredible spot. We wanted immediate access to the beach with a view-check! We wanted a safe and FUN location-check! We wanted clean and quiet accommodations-check! Everything we needed was furnished...beach towels, beach chairs, full kitchen, balcony with panoramic views of Florida sunsets! The owners were so helpful and easy to work with! So happy with our stay and would recommend this to anyone looking for an all around good deal!

Wonderful property!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The unit was exactly like the pictures! The location was fantastic! With easy access to the beach and with fully stocked beach supplies (chairs, towels, toys), it couldn't be easier with kids! There are grocery stores close by, a 7-Eleven across the street, restaurants in easy walking distance, and a great coffee shop just down the street. The property was clean, secure and Madeira Beach is clean, less crowded, and calm compared to many beach vacations. We would definitely come here again! The only issue was noisy people in the hot tub late at night, right under the master bedroom windows, and so many people smoking on their balconies...but we still kept the windows open and enjoyed the ocean to the fullest. Thanks you Tanya for your wonderful hospitality!

Beautiful condo, prime location!

Stayed here for two nights after a business trip in Orlando. Pictures on the the website are very accurate; beds comfortable and views/proximity to the beach all fantastic! Walking distance to John’s Pass and other local dining/shops. The 7-11 across the street is well stocked, including a full selection of alcohol and healthier choices for grab-and-go foods. This was really convenient since we didn’t have a car. Be sure to head to Caddy’s on the beach, or Crabby’s by the bridge for amazing fresh seafood options, and grab some appetizers and a drink on the deck at Mad Beach Fish house… you can’t go wrong! Tanya, the owner, was super flexible in allowing us to store our luggage just inside the front door while the cleaning crew was still there. Since we arrived before check-in and departed about an hour and a half after checkout, we would have been dragging our luggage around for a few hours… instead we got to enjoy the beach knowing our items were safe. Thank you, Tanya… we will definitely return!!

Great place to relax!

I rented this property for a getaway with several of my family members. I am always a little nervous as to whether a property is accurately reflected in the pictures posted online, and whether it will be clean. This property is exactly as it looks in the pictures and it smelled fresh and clean when we checked in. The owners were great to work with and quickly answered questions I had prior to checking into the unit. The check in process was simple. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, baking dishes and utensils. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the availability of the gas grills out by the pool. During our stay we reported a concern to Tanya regarding the bathtub draining slowly. She immediately addressed the issue. The location is within easy walking distance to John’s Pass and a few other restaurants. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable relaxing stay. Just as pictured.

This is a tidy, clean, and well-decorated condo with comfortable furnishings. The view from the balcony is fantastic and there are no other buildings that obstruct the view to the north or south. The unit is just above the hot tub and we heard several groups of people using it in the evenings. We saw dolphins in the gulf on several occasions. This section of beach is very wide and was not at all crowded during our stay. This section of beach also does not have the concrete erosion barriers like on other sections of Madeira beach. We liked that the elevator and stairwells had coded locks. The front door to the condo also has a coded lock so we didn't have to keep track of a key, however, I would have preferred a deadbolt or secondary lock on the inside for added security at night. The grounds were well-maintained and I saw someone cleaning the pool area and common areas each day keeping things looking nice. I really enjoyed the tiki tables and grass areas as well. Very nice condo with fantastic views for a comfortable beach stay within walking distance to many diners and restaurants.

Hands Down Amazing

Some folks in our party have stayed at Madeira before (and at this condo building but different unit) and this is by far the nicest place. We were allowed early check in which was SO helpful with an infant. The place was incredibly clean and didn’t show any remnants of Helene. Fully stocked pool and beach items and incredibly friendly owners. Would 100000% recommend. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was beautiful! Had everything we needed. Perfect location to walk down to John’s Pass! Also has a nice pool! Highly recommend! If we ever come back to Maderia Beach, Fl, we will definitely stay here!
