This beautiful piece of property sleeps 6 comfortably with a fully stocked kitchen and your own private balcony!

The main bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, as well as a trundle bed that has 2 full matresess. This room also has a connecting full bathroom, as well as a dresser and closet space. Lastly, this room has access to the balcony.

The guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed as well as its own closet and dresser. The second bathroom is located right outside of the room as well.

Sean's Madeira Beach condo was exactly what we hoped for, and leaving was tough.We arrived to a place that was very, very clean and set up just like the photos. It had all the amenities we needed for four adults, plus beach chairs and beach towels which made beach days easy. The view from the balcony was great, and on our last day we just soaked it all in watching Dolphins before our checkout.Location was a big win. Right on the beach and about a mile from John's Pass, easy walk to breakfast spots, and easy access to everything without fighting the bigger crowds. Check-in was fabulous, check-out was just as simple, and Sean's communication before and during the stay was excellent — quick, clear, and friendly.We traveled down from Ocala with our two best friends from Minnesota and they loved it as much as we did. We'd stay again without hesitation. Thanks, Sean!

Great ocean view

Property was great and very clean. Was some what surprised when I was not able to locate the washer and dryer in the unit. Was talking with another guest and was told that they didn't have one either. We found them on the 4th floor that are shared with others. I didn't see this in the listing. Overall the stay was great would stay again.

Sean was responsive to all my questions and concerns in a timely and friendly manner. The unit was just as pictured—beautiful and well stocked (only Kleenex not provided). We loved the view from the balcony and caught a gorgeous sunset the first night and a light show (lightening) the second! Also appreciated that the balcony was above the hot tub and pool area. The pool was warm and the hot tub lived up to its name— very enjoyable being we didn’t have the best weather. We also made good use of the grill and lounging area. All of the other condo residents were very friendly and congenial. There seemed to be plenty of parking spaces. Everything one would need for the beach was also provided along with several beach towels. The elevator worked for the most part (it was out of commission briefly but back up and running really quickly). The private beach was beautiful and well-maintained and just steps from the pool/spa area. Being close to John’s Pass and having a 7-eleven across the street made for a perfect location. Uber drivers were easy to access for our nights out when we didn’t want to drive. The fact that we were able to rent the condo for only two nights on short notice was a bonus! Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect stay! This condo exceeded our expectations in every way and was one of the best VRBO experiences we've had. The condo was spotless upon arrival, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the extra beach towels, beach chairs, and the fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay so convenient and comfortable.The location couldn't have been better! It was centrally located and within easy walking distance of great shops, fun beach bars, and some of the best restaurants in Madeira Beach. We rarely needed to get in the car because everything was so close by.One of the biggest highlights was the private beach access. The beach was peaceful, uncrowded, and absolutely beautiful. We were also treated to numerous dolphin sightings throughout our stay, which made our mornings and evenings even more memorable.The host was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure guests had a wonderful experience.We can't say enough good things about this property. From the amazing location and thoughtful amenities to the beautiful beach and incredible dolphin sightings, everything was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable Madeira Beach vacation!
