Couchettes de soleil spectaculaires, observation des dauphins et plages de sable chaud. Cette unité directe GULF FRONT, COIN bénéficie de nombreuses fonctionnalités MISE À JOUR et d’une vue imprenable sur le golfe. La cuisine est magnifiquement MISE À JOUR avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un bar. Les moulures de la couronne, les traitements haut de gamme Hunter Douglas et les meubles de bon goût en font une maison élégante. Les fenêtres ont été professionnellement traitées avec un film anti-éblouissement. Les chambres ont chacune un grand dressing. Il y a un parking sous bâtiment assigné avec un grand parking. Il s’agit d’une petite communauté haut de gamme située à quelques minutes de marche du col et des restaurants de John's Pass et permettant de se rendre facilement à Tampa / Sarasota.

Great place to stay

We love this building. Quiet, peaceful, not a party atmosphere. The unit was lovely, had everything we needed. Very clean and well stocked. Of course the view is amazing. The only thing that could be better are the beach supplies....but that wouldn't deter us from renting this unit again. The communication from itrip is clear and concise, and everything is keyless which is great. This is our second time using itrip and will definitely book through them again. Until next time!

Christmas at the Beach!

Great place! Awesome views, steps to the beach. Loved the two bed 2 bath being there with my wife and teenage daughter. Kitchen is well stocked with grocery stores within 2 miles. Walk to St Johns Pass for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect!

We had such a wonderful, relaxing time staying here!! Everything was just as detailed online, and with the exception of the elevator being down for 24 hours, we had no complaints. That however was just a minor inconvenience. The place was super clean and close to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Our vacation here was as lovely as always. This is our 4th year in this unit and 5th year in the building. Everything is well maintained and well stocked. The view is incredible and ITrip is easy to deal with & helpful. Already booked for next year!

Greatest vacation!

This was the best vacation we have had in a long time! Our first time in Maderia Beach and it did not disappoint!!!! Our condo was superb! We had issues with the router the first two days but the company was on top of it and were easy to work with! Brandon was great! Walking distance to everything we could ask for!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us! It was wonderful!

Nice Beachfront Place

Nice compact condo along the beach. Beautiful evening sunsets can be experienced by the outdoor balcony or through the sliding glass door. The condo was very nice, clean with a lot amenities. Only negative was the bed in the second bedroom. The mattress was very uncomfortable and small. It should be a queen size. We used one of the couches as a bed, which worked for us but could be tough for a family with younger children since that couch is in the middle of living room. Overall a very nice place and would come back.

Not family friendly

The unit was fine. It had plenty of space. The problem is with the keys to get in/out of the pool, beach & elevator. Big hassle. The people were unfriendly. We've been staying on the beach for years and always swim after dinner, but this place closes their pool at dusk. Property manager complained constantly to us about Spring Breakers. That's what we were. Said she kicked a family out because they were swimming after dusk. Just would not recommend this unit. People their don't want you there.

Positives and Negatives , Good overall stay

The view is beautiful, location perfect, kitchen is fully stocked. Small Beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels in the unit, Alexa speaker in unit, Lots of seating . The second bedroom has an actual full size bed ,not a pull out. Master bed very comfortable. Air conditioning works very well. Balcony has lots of seating, no lay down chairs as pictured, but tall comfortable chairs. Condo pool is heated and well kept. Walking distance to John’s pass and restaurants. Saw Dolphins daily right off of our balcony. Trash shoot very convenient! As we were walking in we could feel sand on our feet no one had swept , there was crushed up soap from previous guest in the shower, and a stool in master shower that was filthy. This condo needs a deep clean, there was a ton of dust in the fake flowers in the bathroom and lamps etc, toilet brushes covered in dust and dry (clearly not used prior to my stay). Second bathroom tub has chips all over it and mildew /rust on the outside. One chip is larger than a hand. It needs replaced ASAP. Master shower has a stool for toiletries, washer and dryer very dated with mildew in the washer gasket. Dishwasher does not clean dishes( note in actual unit that states dishwasher is new and a disappointment). Had to hand wash dishes the whole time . Cabinets and drawers have lots of crumbs and need cleaned. I wiped something off of the floor and the paper towel filthy needs actual mopping. All rugs were covered in fuzz, sand and things from other guests. Glass table is wobbly if you put your elbows on it. In check in instructions it states box in garage for elevator key is labeled itrips- it is not , it is labeled with unit #. Also it states extra parking out front , there are spaces, but you have to have a specific pass from the garage/building attendants to not get towed. I did message itrips right away about cleaning and they offered to send someone the next day. They were very responsive to me . All of the negatives could easily be fixed. Overall we had a great vacation and if I knew there were some updates and cleaning was improved I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect and the corner balcony facing the sunset provides breathtaking views.

Everything was as presented and most acceptable.

There are two things that would have made our stay slightly better. One would be to have beach chairs setup by a third party like so many others have so that we would not have had to pack chairs down daily. The second would be to have a blackout blind or curtain in the second bedroom.

Madeira Beach condo

This is the nicest of all the places we have stayed in the past, on the gulf. The view was really nice, beds were comfortable, home furnishings very nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The pool temp. was perfect and the area immaculate. Our son slept on the hideabed and he said it was comfortable as well. The location is close to restaurants and water activities. We would love to come back again.
