Welcome to the Blueberry Falls Farm`s Tiny House Village in Mentone, Alabama—a mountain retreat featuring three unique tiny homes that can be booked together for the ultimate group getaway. Nestled among creeks, waterfalls, and blueberry fields, the property blends rustic charm, modern comfort, and natural beauty for an unforgettable escape.

Relax in private hot tubs, unwind on porches with hanging chairs, and gather around fire pits beneath the stars. Each home offers its own special touch—from cozy lofts and waterfall views to screened-in porches and sleeping decks—creating the perfect mix of comfort and connection.

➤ Home 1: The Butterfly Creek Cottage

• Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): Queen bed with linens, dresser, and sliding doors to porch and hot tub with creek views.

• Bedroom 2 (Loft): Two twin beds and a small sitting area; not walkable, ideal for kids.

• Bathroom 1: Tub/shower combo, towels, toiletries, and essentials provided.

• Living/Kitchen/Dining 1: Electric stove, oven, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, cookware, dinnerware, and a coffee starter kit. Round table seats four and doubles as workspace. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and games included. In-unit laundry available.

• Outdoor Space (Porch 1 and Hot Tub 1): Covered porch with hot tub, and creekside patio with wood-burning fire pit, rocking chairs, solar chandeliers, and charcoal grill.

• Bedroom 3 (Main Floor): Queen bed with linens, dresser, closet, and attached full bathroom.

• Bedroom 4 (Loft): Two full beds, linens, and extra blankets; low ceiling, fun for kids.

• Bathroom 2: Shower, vanity, towels, hair dryer, and essentials.

• Living/Kitchen/Dining 2: Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, cookware, and basics. Dining table for four. 50” HDTV, Roku, DVD, books, and games.

• Outdoor Space (Porch 2 and Hot Tub 2): Porch with wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, hot tub, hammocks, grill, and creek views.

• Bathroom 3: Shower, vanity, towels, toiletries, and essentials.

• Living/Kitchen/Dining 3: Microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, cookware, dinnerware, and coffee starter kit. Counter seating for two, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and open-concept layout. There is also a washer and dryer here.

• Outdoor Space (Porch 3, 4 and Hot Tub 3): Screened porch with hot tub, sleeping porch with daybed, creekside fire pit, and propane grill with utensils.

Set on six scenic acres on Lookout Mountain, Blueberry Falls Farm`s Tiny House Village features a u-pick blueberry farm, small waterfall, and peaceful pond. Enjoy blueberry season (mid-June–mid-August) and the annual Blueberry Festival in July. Close to DeSoto Falls, Little River Canyon, and DeSoto State Park, plus local shops and dining in Mentone. Groceries and essentials are available in Fort Payne (Walmart, Food City, Bruce’s Foodland), while Mentone Market offers local favorites, pizza, and grab-and-go items.

Whether gathering with loved ones or seeking a peaceful mountain getaway, Blueberry Falls Farm offers a serene haven where nature, comfort, and connection come together seamlessly.

Guests have access to the 3 unique homes during their stay, as well as the community areas (Overlook bridge, game room and the extra bath house.).

Hot tub access $50.00 each (there are 3 in total, 1 for each home). Please indicate if you would like to add this feature to your reservation so we can prepare it before your stay.

Parking is available in the gravel driveway. Additional parking is located at the front of the property for extra cars, RVs, trailers, or larger vehicles if needed.

The Blueberry Falls Farm Tiny Home Village is a family-owned property that hosts u-pick blueberry seasons, pop-up markets with live music and food, and offers a collection of unique vacation rentals.

A quaint café known for delicious breakfast and lunch options. A great place to stop for a casual bite.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby areas. There is no public transportation, so bringing your own vehicle or renting one is preferred. While Uber and Lyft are available, getting a ride may not always be easy.

➤ Each home is thoughtfully positioned to provide privacy while remaining close enough for easy gathering—this booking includes access to all three homes at once.
➤ PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS AN ACTIVE FARM. The owner lives and works on the property. Our farm dog, Maggie, is extremely friendly but may bark at cars and guests initially and then she wants to be your and your dog`s best friend. She will not harm you in any way, and if her presence ever becomes an issue, the owner is happy to keep her inside.
➤ Blueberry Season is from mid-June to late August. During this time, the blueberry bushes are open to the public for our U-pick season. The cottages are separate from the bushes, but please be aware of this if you are coming during blueberry season.
➤ During the Spring, Summer, and Fall, landscaping takes place on Thursday mornings and afternoons. This includes mowing, weed eating, and blowing around the houses.
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤ Pets allowed (NO pets in the loft areas please) with $50 fee per stay. Max 2 dogs under 60 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
