Parking is thoughtfully arranged with two spots marked by our house number directly in front of the property, ensuring a smooth experience. Please ensure to use only these assigned spaces to maintain harmony with our neighbors
. -This is a duplex house with shared walls with another unit. -Both bedrooms and the two full bathrooms are located on the second floor, accessible by stairs.
-Our home is equipped with three security cameras on the exterior walls, monitoring the front door, parking, and backyard. Activated by motion, they only capture outdoor areas, ensuring your privacy inside. This is for security only.
-No Smoking Inside: If smoking occurs, there will be a $300 fine.
- Allow up to two small to medium-sized pets. Additional cleaning fees may apply if pets have accidents on the carpet.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8 AM.
- No Events or Large Gatherings: If you host a party, there will be a $500 fine.
