We really enjoyed the rental. The hosts were awesome, and very accommodating. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. Overall, it was a great experience.

Clean, updated, and it provides simple access to the South End (which is great). The commute downtown is always 15 minutes or less at the worst time of day.

Nice 2-story house with garage for a couple days stay. Everything was new, clean and neighborhood was quiet. You are close to airport and occasionally heard planes, but did not bother us. Host was responsive to questions and we had an enjoyable stay in Charlotte.

Overall, this was an amazingly clean, very nice, three bedroom town home. We very much appreciated the use of the garage. Incredibly clean, comfortable, and very close to downtown south end and uptown. It is about three blocks west of downtown south end area by the light rail and shops/restaurants. It is a new build in an older area on dead end street. I would recommend this to anyone looking for space as it had a nice bathroom that the other two bedrooms share and a very nice master.

We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with from booking through checkout, which made everything seamless. The property was very clean and exactly as described—no surprises, just a comfortable and well-maintained space.The location is another big plus, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants within easy reach, making it convenient whether you want to cook or go out. The secure garage parking was also a huge bonus and gave us peace of mind throughout our stay.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, hassle-free experience.

The house is amazing- so clean like all the others said. The beds were the BEST, most comfortable beds I have EVER slept in while on vacation! The living room, super cozy, and the TVs- all great. Only downside for us was I thought the house would be more walkable to the cute South side area. I would NOT walk it but it’s an easy 1 -2 mile drive away. Also, the kitchen, although has basic amenities, it’s not fully stocked. Bring your own rubber spatula and oven mitts if you plan on doing lots of cooking. Other than that, we had a great time!

There is.a lot of potential here, but a few issues should be addressed. One, the neighborhood is still catching up to the property. There was loud music directly behind the house till 3 am. The yard in the back patio space has just been allowed to grow a couple feet with no care. There are two keurigs, but no k cups...and one pre filled coffee filter for a 3 night stay. It may have been bad luck but the breaker had been triggered before we arrived so we couldn't initially get any lights on. On the positive side, the interior is clean and there is construction all around building more properties in this style. Also, it was very convent to go just a few street over for great restaurants etc

Great house, clean and comfortable

This home was perfect for a visit to Charlotte for our kids’ swim meet. It was just as described, perfectly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend. It was easy to come and go from downtown and the host was communicative. We’d definitely return here next time we’re in Charlotte.

London’s wedding dress shopping

Family got together in Charlotte to shop for a wedding dress for my niece. I arrived first and was thrilled with the property. It was close to much, very clean, and the amenities were great. Should we go back to Charlotte, I’d definitely try to book this property again.

The property was beautiful just as it appears in the photographs. Loved that there is a garage where my friends could park the car and the driveway could provide more parking if ever needed. The owner was responsive and informational.ConsThe master bedroom en suite had a piece of garbage left in the shower caddy. The location is not on the main thoroughfare as it shows in the map. So instead of a 3 min walk to our destination it was a 15 min walk. On our date of departure 2 separate parties tried to enter the house without ringing the doorbell or knocking (just entering a code and trying to enter) prior to our check out time. One was the cleaners and another said they were measuring the property. Owner was apologetic when I informed him.
