With everything you could want in a neighborhood combined with top-of-the line amenities, there isn't any reason you shouldn't be our next guest. Enjoy walking directly from your patio to the pool area. Your "Get Away" for when you want to get away for work, fun or entertainment.
RESERVED PARKING and MUST be registered
Located at the junction of Highway 6 and Interstate 10 and minutes from the best Houston has to offer. Near tons of dining, shopping and George Bush Park.
THE SPACE
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee, washer & dryer, fast reliable wi-fi, 43â Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Guest has full access to all amenities: walk-out access to the pool, this includes resort style swimming pool with lounge chairs, outside grill, and fitness center.
PARTIES
The complex enforces a strict no-parties / noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Vrbo guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.00 plus the cost of any damage.
SMOKING
This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes / e-cigarettes and marijuana. Not adhering to this rule will result in a $250 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest's reservation due to not be able to eliminate the odor in time for the next booking.
PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to receive mail or packages to this location for privacy reasons. We are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
EARLY CHECK-INS
It is up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm.
LATE CHECKOUTS
Must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price.
KEYS
There will be a key, 1 garage opener provided to guest as well as a Smartlock code that will give you access to the unit. If key and garage opener is lost or damaged, guest will be required to pay $150.00 for a replacement.
DAMAGED OR STOLEN ITEMS
We provide all of our guest with necessary items to use during their stay. If anything is damaged or stolen, guest will be charged for those items. There is additional inventory in the master closet and is accounted for. If guest require additional items. Please do not take any items after checkout, otherwise, you will be charged additional fees.
We have a ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group enter the unit. This will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
By booking this unit, you have read, understood, and agreed to all these house rules.

Self-check-in is by a smart lock box located on the door. Must be able to download an entry app on cellphone to gain access to the building.
