This secluded and gated retreat is located at the very top of the hill, offering unparalleled views, and an oasis of privacy. There is a 2-3 minute meandering drive to get there, just past Main Street in the eclectic town of Guerneville. It's prime location connects you within 3 minutes to Johnson Beach, 8 minutes to hiking in the Armstrong Woods State Natural Preserve or the renowned Northwood Golf Course, 20 minutes to the Pacific Ocean (town of Jenner) and 15-20 minutes to some of Sonoma and Healdsburg's most famous wineries and restaurants! The property is a 1.5 hour drive from downtown San Francisco and 20 minutes from Sonoma County airport.

LIVING & DINING
Gorgeous space with vaulted wood-paneled ceilings and floor to ceiling windows - an unmatched backdrop to enjoy Russian River Valley's exceptional wine and vistas. The dining area houses a large 6-person round table overlooking the valley, perfect for festive gatherings. To bring in the holiday spirit, the home will adorn a beautiful Christmas tree during the holidays. Designed with carefully selected mid-century modern furnishings and a wood-burning fireplace, this nature haven is a perfect place to relax and unwind with friends and family.

There is a doggie-door off the living room onto the patio.

KITCHEN
An open kitchen contains a stainless steel 5-burner range, a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials and salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and French Press coffee.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Large sliding doors connect the living room to a sun-drenched newly created deck, ideal for indoor-outdoor living, entertaining and casual dining with family and friends. Gather around the warmth of a large fire bowl with lava rock in one of the 8 Adirondack chairs, and fire up the adjacent BBQ grill. After a long day of wine tasting, hiking or tubing on the river, treat yourself to this private patio surrounded by magnificent redwoods dotting the hills and valley beyond.

There are also quiet spaces & nooks for reading or enjoying a cup of morning coffee, including a hammock garden, the master deck that houses an oversized porch swing, and the hot tub deck ideal for viewing picturesque sunsets and acres of lush landscape.


BED AND BATH
Russian River Suite - This is the master bedroom suite located on a separate end of the home allowing for maximum privacy and breathtaking views. Featuring a king bed with a Casper mattress, a private fireplace and couch seating, an ensuite bath, and a private deck with a porch swing for those lazy mornings.

Redwood Vista - Boasting the most panoramic view from all bedrooms, this is a spacious room located down a hallway from the living room. It features a mid-century modern wooden queen bed with a Casper mattress and a large, recently updated bathroom.

The Treehouse - Designed to replicate the playful feeling of being in a treehouse, this cozy room houses two twin beds making it perfect for children or those young at heart. Couples can join the beds together if desired.

Pinot Noir Room - Located at the far end of the home, this room is designed for wine enthusiasts. It features a modern chenille and smoked oak queen bed with a Casper mattress, and access to the outdoors through sliding doors.


PRIVATE WORKSPACE
A private enclosed cabin located across from the main house allows you to work remotely in a quiet, secluded space equipped with high speed wifi.


GAME ROOM & LAWN
This is where the fun is at! Down a path from the house, guests are delighted to be welcomed into a spacious game room that overlooks a large sunny lawn, perfect for furry friends, kids and adults alike. The game room features a foosball table, a professional dartboard, air hockey, oversized connect 4 and a ping pong table. A 2-seater bar, bean bag and kids corner complete the room and are perfect for getting your game face on. If playing outside is more your vibe, venture onto the large lawn for a game of corn hole, frisbee, basketball or good old fashioned tag!
