â Your fur babies are very much welcome! Pet fee is $75 per reservation, covering up to two pets. This fee does not include the removal of excessive pet hair from furniture or poop clean-up. Please remember to add your pet to the number of guests, and the fee will be automatically applied.
â Guests enjoy the entire space privately, ensuring a comfortable and secluded stay.
â Hosts live in San Diego and are always available if needed. However, with our self-check-in guide and the house maintained in excellent condition, a visit from us is typically unnecessary.
â Parking Information:
â¶ Street Parking: Ample street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to read signs carefully as street sweeping occurs multiple times weekly, and tickets are issued frequently. Note that the schedule varies for each side of the street.
â¶ Nearby Free Parking Lot: Thereâs a free parking lot a couple of blocks away at Mission Blvd. and El Carmel. However, please avoid parking overnight in the second lot near the rowing club to prevent any issues.
â Shared Courtyard: The courtyard is perfect for socializing, enjoying a BBQ, or relaxing by the fire pit. Itâs also a great spot to wave hello to passersby and soak in the friendly atmosphere.
â Our goal is to provide a 5-star experience for all guests and have all guests leave completely satisfied with their stay! Iâm happy to assist as much as possible in order to achieve this!
â We make it easy to find and book properties you'll never want to leave. You can relax knowing that our team is here for you 24/7 and that your vacation rental will always be nothing less than wonderful.

â While we don't offer ocular visits, we have professional photos that showcase the property. We're also happy to provide information on nearby landmarks or crossroads if you need assistanceâjust ask!

â Hosts have lived in San Diego for over two decades and know this city as well as anyone else. Feel free to ask us any questions especially recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy Americaâs Finest City to its fullest extent possible
â Please note, this is a no-party property. To maintain a peaceful environment, only registered guests are permitted on or near the property, and no gatherings or additional visitors are allowed. Any unapproved guests or events may incur an extra guest or event fee. For those planning larger gatherings, we recommend considering alternative listings.
â Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily. Please be considerate and respectful of our neighbors during these hours.
â No smoking at the property
â No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use
â We offer flexible check-in, allowing guests to arrive as early as 11:30 AM when there is no same-day departure. If another guest is departing that day, you're welcome to drop off your bags, but please note that our cleaner will need time to prepare the unit before check-in. Please request early check-in with the host to confirm availability.
â Due to the extra liability of early check-in or late check-out, there might be a slight extra fee based on certain circumstances
â Due to our vibrant location and proximity to the beach, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest. Please note that no refunds will be provided for such minor wear and tear, as it is part of the natural upkeep of a well-loved vacation home.
â Our property is in a natural setting, so insects or small animals may occasionally appear. We do our best to minimize this, with professional pest control, maintenance, and cleaning, but keeping doors and windows closed at all times helps. Our cleaning team thoroughly inspects the home before each stay, though some may still find their way in. If you do notice any insects or small animals inside, please notify us, and weâll send our team right away to address the issue. Kindly note, refunds will not be provided for these occurrences.
â We do our best to keep and refill the propane tanks full for the barbecue and the fire pit by replacing them using the company Cynch or our Cleaning and Maintenance team. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase.
â In the event of a lost key, guests will be responsible for covering the cost of duplication and arranging for the replacement themselves.
â We display generic images of board games, beach and pool toys, and personal care items, which may not always be available at the property. Refunds will not be issued for missing items; however, if you notice something unavailable, kindly inform us. Weâll be happy to arrange delivery or place an order through Amazon or Instacart for your convenience.
â If you need to have a package delivered during your stay, please ensure you're physically present to receive it, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Additionally, if you leave something behind and it's not found by our cleaners, we unfortunately can't be held liable. However, if the cleaners do find your item, there will be a small fee for returning it, plus the shipping cost.
â Please note that the photos displayed are taken by professional photographers, and while we strive to maintain consistency, some furniture, appliances, or decor may differ at the time of your booking due to updates, repairs, or changes. These adjustments are made to enhance the guest experience, and no refunds will be provided for such differences.
