The space
This gorgeous sprawling three level villa is located in Sherman Oaks, considered one of the best suburbs in LA, just south of Ventura Blvd. You'll find endless shops, restaurants, cafes and everything else you can possibly need within a short drive along Ventura Blvd. The freeway system is also just a short drive away.

The property includes six bedrooms each with their own ensuite full sized bathroom. One bedroom is located on the entry level, perfect for those who struggle with stairs. There are three additional bedroom on the top floor and two additional bedrooms on the bottom floor. Each bedroom includes a modern layout with large windows that provide plenty of natural lighting. The huge primary bedroom on the top floor includes a seating area, sizeable walk-in wardrobe and private balcony with beautiful view of the valley. The primary room large ensuite bathroom includes a beautiful glass encased shower and a separate deep bathtub.

The entry level (middle floor) includes formal and informal living room, and formal and informal dining areas. You'll also find the kitchen and home theater on this level. Pets and events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission.

If we provide permission for events of any type, the fee will be discussed based on length and type of event. We reserve the right to cancel a booking or charge an extra fee if not disclosed and agreed upon in advance.

Smoking is allowed ONLY outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoke from inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.

Please note the pool and spa can be heated, but if you plan to use the heater there will be an additional daily fee charged.

Please avoid being TOO LOUD outside, especially after 9pm, our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
