Notre maison est située à 4 miles de l'Indianapolis Motor Speedway, et 1 mile de Lucas Oil Raceway, et à seulement 10 miles de l'aéroport international d'Indianapolis. Nous sommes à 1 mile rom Eagle Creek Reservoir, et nous sommes 9 miles du centre-ville Indy. Notre maison est dans Timberview Estates et a un grand espace de vie en plein air, y compris une piscine, cabana, grill et TV. Il y a un bar, une table de billard et table de ping-pong pour votre plaisir. Shopping, restaurants, et plus encore!

Our Stay

The home was beautiful and exceeded expectations. Home was very clean and owner was very accommodating. Pool was very nice as well. Would stay again!

Resting after racing

This home was awesome for relaxing after long days of racing at Eagle Creek Reservoir. Proximity to the venue was great, and all amenities were fabulous.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great. We were a group of 9. There are 3 bedrooms. The teens took couches and some slept on the floor in the loft. There is a king sized bed on main floor. The full kitchen was great for breakfasts in the morning and we grilled out.

Awesome pool/backyard setup

A group of friends stayed here over a weekend, and we had a great time! The pool is awesome and there are plenty of things to do inside or outside. We had good weather so we spent most of our time in and around the pool which was perfect. Both the backyard and house are large enough that we never felt crowded with 10 people. Beth was super friendly and accommodating, even letting us check in a little early. Really the only negative things were that there wasn't a ton of space in the fridge (we bought groceries and cooked all of our meals at the house and did have everything we needed for that) and there was dog poop in the yard (we had brought corn hole boards but didn't use them much because we were afraid of stepping in it). Those were pretty minor compared to the perks and amenities of the house!

Great location

My family enjoyed our time at Beth’s place. Nice accommodations, close to the Indy attractions that we wanted to visit. The family enjoyed afternoons in the pool after visiting area attractions in the morning. Would stay there again if we ever return to the area.

Would Definitely Stay Again!

Beth's place was great. From the early communication, Beth made sure to address any questions my group had regarding our stay. The backyard was awesome for us and the heated pool was a great bonus. The house is spacious. We would definitely stay at Beth's place again.

The pool was the best!

Beth place was very clean. The poll was the best part! Its heated which is a huge PLUS! Allows us to enjoy late evening swim! The kitchen is in an open space where you’re able to watch TV and y’all to your family/friends and not feel decided when you cook dinner. I would definitely come visit again :) Thanks for hosting us in your lovely home Beth!

Covid vacation

We needed something with little travel (not wanting to fly) with a pool and a get away feel, this was perfect! Beautiful home, very clean, oasis of a backyard and perfect swimming pool for a young family. The basement game area would have been fun as well but we had beautiful weather and spent all our time in the pool!

The house is beautiful! So much space for 10 people. Working with Beth was a breeze. She went above and beyond for us! We will definitely be returning. It was a great weekend with my friends and family in the pool!

Local vacation spot

Had a great experience! We’re in between homes and needed a local getaway with the kids. Very nice home, clean and well kept. The owner was awesome, very thorough and could be easily reached if needed.

Awesome Place to Stay!

My group had an amazing stay at Beth's home while we were in town for a convention. The property is awesome and had many cool amenities - we unanimously decided that we would like to stay here again next year! Beth is also fantastic to work with and was an excellent host.

Beautiful Indianapolis home

We stayed at this home with our adult and teenaged children for a family birthday celebration and it was a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and offers lots to do: swimming pool, beautiful backyard with lots of seating, ping pong table, pool table, lots of tv's, etc.. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood very close to Eagle Creek State Park.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved this beautiful home. We were in town for our son's wedding and this place was perfect for our group! We only wish we weren't so busy so we could have enjoyed it more. Everything is just fabulous! The pool and outside area was a big hit and so relaxing! The downstairs is great with the ping pong table, huge TV and gaming system. There was an airbed set up and it was comfy! All the bedrooms were spacious and with the most comfortable beds. Lots of bathrooms too! The kitchen is amazing with everything you need and plenty of seating. A Keurig was a welcome surprise! The home has TV's galore and the furnishings and art are so lovely. We felt right at home. The owner was super nice to deal with and always answered my many questions promptly. We hope to come back soon to this truly magnificent home!

Girls Get-A-Way

My aunts and cousins came down for a weekend in Indy. We had a fabulous time laughing and floating around the swimming pool. The house was beautiful and so clean. All 9 of us were incredibly comfortable sleeping. We would love to make plans to come again! Beth was fabulous and helped us locate things around the house and places in the area. We are so happy with our weekend away!

Great Home

My whole family loved staying in this home. Our host Beth was very accommodating, she was quick to respond to any and all our questions and provided everything we needed to feel right at home, right away. The pool / patio area was the fam favorite although the ping pong table / pool table in the finished basement were a big hit as well. Very quiet subdivision and close enough to everything that Indy has to offer yet away from any congestion. Lots of room to spread out inside and outside of this home. I believe Beth may hold the record for the most TVs in a single house. One in the bathroom, one in the garage and even one outside in the gazebo, was very convenient for watching sporting events. We would definitely rebook when we return to the Indy area. Don

Beautiful home with lots of room and great hosts!

Beth was very quick to answer all my questions leading up to making the reservations. The house was well prepared and instructions were very easy on how everything worked. Check in was smooth and simple as well as check out. We loved the back yard patio and the comfort of the fire pit as we all wound down the day. Plenty of room in the house for all of us and close to Lucas Oil Speedeay where we were at an event. Will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing time staying here. Beth was very helpful and responsive, she was very easy to work with. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for the eight of us. The pool was exactly what we needed. We spent an entire day just relaxing in the sun and pool. I would definitely recommend this home to anybody visiting the area.

Beautiful Property! We were blown away by the house and the backyard!!

The house was even nicer than expected! The backyard provided hours of fun and sun. Three propane fireplaces made it an awesome save to have a drink at night! From the pool and ping pong table to the huge kitchen everything was first class. Thanks Beth!!!!

Terrific! Great Home!

Spacious, well appointed and more than we needed! Our adult family stayed here for the Big Ten Championsip in December. This home is fabulous and has so much to offer. Would love to utilize the beautiful backyard when it is warmer. Great, new neighborhood! There is a lot of space for everyone! It was convenient to downtown and the airport. Owner was so helpful and accommodating! Had a great stay! Thanks!!!

Excellent Stay!

My husband, 2 teenage sons and 2 dogs traveled to the Indianapolis area to celebrate a family birthday. We had the dinner at this beautiful home and it worked so well! There was plenty of space for everyone to socialize and have dinner. The basement is amazing with a great social area along with ping pong/pool table. My sons want to come back when the weather is warm to take advantage of the wonderful outdoor area and pool! Everything we needed was available and easy to find. And the dogs loved the HUGE fenced in backyard!! Everyone was thrilled with our stay! Thank you!

Awesome!

The property was really nice and in a great neighborhood. The renters were nice enough to leave us details about where to get food thru local amenities. It was also nice that they left instructions for everything from the pool to the tv. Beth was also great and quick to answer any questions I had while staying at the home.
