Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and retreat to this serene oasis, nestled right on the White River in the vibrant Broad Ripple Village. A charming home with a lived-in feel, it’s the perfect place for a peaceful getaway while still being only 10 minutes from downtown Indianapolis’ top attractions. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing stay or an adventure-filled trip, this location offers the best of both worlds.

Enjoy direct access to Marott Park, known for its scenic walking trails, and unwind by the riverfront, where the tranquil sounds of the water and the surrounding nature provide the ultimate relaxation spot. With river rocks lining the White River, you can sit by the water and bask in the sun’s warmth or enjoy your favorite book.

This property features two large decks—perfect for cooking out, entertaining, or simply enjoying nature. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. Each unit offers three comfortable bedrooms on the upper level, and the North side (larger duplex) includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Both kitchens are stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for up to 16 guests, including dishes, pots, pans, and dinnerware. The bathrooms come with plush towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy streaming and local TV channels for your entertainment. With key-coded doors, you’ll have easy access to the property, ensuring a smooth and convenient stay.

For larger groups, consider renting both units of this rustic duplex—ideal for family reunions or group getaways! An extra cleaning/laundry fee ($150) will be added for the 2nd unit if you chose to book both and have access to 6 bedrooms!!

Marott Park, right next to our property, is a true hidden gem—perfect for leisurely walks, peaceful moments by the river, or simply soaking in the beauty of the outdoors. The White River itself adds a sense of tranquility that makes it feel like you’re escaping the city, even though you’re so close to everything.

Whether you’re out for a morning jog along the trails or grabbing a bite to eat at one of the local eateries, Broad Ripple has a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home.
