Un très grand lit, deux lits jumeaux et un divan-lit gigogne pouvant accueillir six personnes. Oreillers et couvertures sont fournis, mais apportez vos propres draps et serviettes. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Pont extérieur hors de la salle à manger donnant sur l'étang d'eau douce. Grill et une terrasse sur le pont. Le Cod Bike Trail Cape est d'environ un mile de distance. Deux terrains de golf sont à environ 4-5 miles de la propriété. épicerie pratiques à Stop & Shop ainsi que CVS Pharmacy sont un mile de la maison. Plages Pleasant Bay se trouvent à 10 minutes de route où le stationnement est gratuit et ouvert au public. Red River Beach est à environ 10 minutes de route et donne sur Nantucket Sound. Mercredi divertissement nuits de musique est disponible à Port Harwich, qui lui-même est un charmant quartier avec des petites boutiques, des restaurants et des plages. Le propriétaire est sur les lieux dans un appartement privé au deuxième étage et est disponible pour toute aide dont vous pourriez avoir besoin! Had a great stay! Speaking to Kevin before we arrived.. We mentioned that we were taking in a Red Sox’s game before we got there and he made sure to leave the light on for us!!

Nice spot with easy pond access

Perfect house for a friends trip! We loved spending time on the deck overlooking the pond. Kevin was a great host, she was very accommodating and helpful! Even though it says it in the description, I forgot, so make sure to bring sheets…the host was very helpful with this though! Overall great house, would definitely stay again!!

Very relaxing

My goal for this trip was to relax and chill out. This house fits that bill perfectly. The pond is calm and beautiful. The house was clean and well supplied. The owner was very communicative. I didn’t like the driveway off of a busy street but not enough to not recommend this property to others

Most beautiful view

Had a wonderful time at this lovely home. Well appointed. Clean. Conveniently located. But, the best part was the beautiful view, lovely deck and backyard, and peaceful environment. We didn't even want to leave to go to the beach (but we did). Kevin was helpful and gracious.

Excellent Home

Kevin is very welcoming and accommodating. She reached out with check in information the week before our arrival, answered questions promptly, and was helpful with suggestions in the area. The house is located about 25 minutes to 2 of the National Seashore beaches, that we visited. The rail trail close by was very convenient as was the closeness of grocery stores/restaurants.

Family vacation

We had an excellent family vacation at Kevin’s house. The house was clean, cozy and well organized. There was enough room for four adults and two kids. The view of the pond with white water lilies from the deck was amazing and the house was just a short walk from Buck’s pond which was perfect for swimming. The owner was very nice, approachable and accommodating.

Beautiful and Comfy Spot

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is located 10 minutes in any direction to all that the Harwich area has to offer, and also close to Route 6. The pond out back is peaceful and gorgeous, and we really enjoyed using the deck. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage. The owner is caring and very communicative...so patient with any questions we had. Would be a great place for a larger family with older kids or parents who could stay downstairs and younger kids upstairs - plenty of room for all.

Relaxing Weekend Escape

We loved our stay! The property is located on a peaceful pond which was incredible to wake up to. Centrally located, we had a quick drive to beaches, lakes, bays, and shopping. Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

Perfection!

Loved staying at this beautiful property. Deck overlooking pond in back of house was so relaxing. So close to everything. We didn't mind busy road in front, easy to back into driveway and get out. Quiet in the house and when sleeping, house decorated so quaintly, clean, spacious. Kevin thinks of everything, she is so kind! Took Harwich Ferry to Nantucket, excellent, loved Chatham as well, mini golf very fun, great swimming at Bucks Pond. Highly recommend!!

Good spot

Had a good time at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a lot of restaurants and fun things to do, including a pass to Bucks pond- calm, clear water and a small sandy beach which is great if you have little kids.

Freshwater and saltwater fun

We were a quick ride down the road to Buck's Pond. The four year old loved swimming out to the middle of the pond in his life jacket and building sand castles all afternoon. We tried two of the beaches around the pond, the home came with a parking pass which made getting there with young legs and grandparent legs more convenient. We did a day at Red River Beach, another great family friendly option. The cape shower was a great asset after each sandy swimming day. A great stay!

What a view!

Kevin’s house is ideally located in the heart of Cape Cod, and next to a beautiful pond. The views on the pond are amazing, making the terrace exceptional. The house has everything needed for a family (including a pack n play, a booster seat, many toys…) and Kevin is a wonderful host that made everything easy for us. We would love to stay at Kevin’s house again.

Great stay!

Situated on a beautiful pond! Really enjoyed sitting out there and relaxing. Bedrooms were comfortable, and plenty of space. Only critique was not having an a/c in the living room when it was really hot out.

The perfect escape on the Cod

We can not recommend staying in Kevins wonderful home highly enough. It has everything you need and it really feels like a home away from home. It is not a clinicly cold modern place with spartan intrior, but a well kept "real" home with attention to detail. We loved it...especially the view across the Lake! Everything on the Cape is quite close from there, with some very nice free beaches only minutes away. And then there is Kevin....she is the most wonderful host you can imagine. She made sure everything was in order, could easily be reached for help or info, yet never intruded on our privacy. We can not thank her enough for that brillant week at her place.

June Vacation

We stayed here in June 2022. House was clean and a decent size for a family of 4. Owner is super responsive to requests. Great pond views and the kayak was an added bonus for my boys to use. Location was great - centrally located to both Chatham and Orleans (Nauset Beach).

Homeowners apartment is located from an outdoor walkway to the left of the garage with a private exterior door to the upstairs apartment. They work from home - and are available for any help or questions you may have.

Overlooks small inland pond - quiet neighborhood - easy to tour other Cape Cod towns and villages. The house is located off a busy road, so please use caution when exiting the driveway - do not try to back out as there is enough room to turn around first.
