Récemment rénové!!!! Nouvelle cuisine, comptoirs en granit, nouveaux planchers de bois franc, nouvelle cloison sèche et peinture. Plafonds cathédrale dans un espace cuisine / salon ouvert. Ceci est un charmant chalet de 2 chambres dans une communauté privée niché parmi les pins sur White Pond. Parfait pour les petites familles ou un couple qui désire un espace supplémentaire. Il va dormir confortablement 5. La chambre principale offre un lit queen size et la deuxième chambre est équipée d'un lit double avec un matelas jumeau. Projeté dans le porche est parfait pour les soirées tranquilles dans ou matinées de détente de boire du café tout en écoutant les oiseaux chanteurs. Nager à la plage privée dans un lac d'eau douce ou prendre un court de 5 minutes en voiture de plusieurs plages de l'océan. Le centre-ville de Chatham est à seulement 3,2 km et regorge de boutiques et de restaurants raffinés qui rivalisent avec les meilleurs restaurants de Nantucket. Ce chalet offre une escapade exclusive sans les frais de nombreuses stations balnéaires haut de gamme de Chatham. Apportez vos vélos, des kayaks ou en canoë pour profiter de l'étang et de sentiers pédestres qui fournissent une abondance de nombreux cadeaux de la nature. Les concerts du vendredi soir ou une excursion à North Beach pour explorer les phoques du port sont un must pour les enfants. PAS DE POLITIQUE PET, la violation entraînera la perte du dépôt complet.

Lovely peaceful stay!

Our family of 4 needed a change of scenery. This cottage provides the best of lake and close ocean beach activities. Close to restaurants and shopping. We had a very relaxing stay.

Cozy retreat

My partner and I had a wonderful time at this cozy, comfortable cottage on White Pond. The cottage was neat and had every amenity we needed. Also it offers a superb location in Chatham, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and a bike trail.

Quaint cabin

Communication with Meredith was quick and easy. The cabin/cottage is quaint and just enough room for my wife and two teens. It’s close to the center of town, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and steps to the pond.

Great spot. Good place. It was almost as if they didn’t realize anyone was coming to stay. I think it had been a while since anyone had been there. Had to knock down a few cobwebs and take care of few other things too. It’s in a really good spot. Nice neighbors.

No WiFi! This is not the cottage we signed up for. Given that, we didn't know what we were getting.

The view was great and the bed was comfy. However, there were a lot of missteps with this one. The shower curtains were mildewed, the dish drainer was so rusty I wouldn't use it, the dark carpet stain was unsightly, a light in the bathroom didn't work and other easily fixable issues that weren't attended to before our stay. Having had better accommodations on the Cape for less, we really felt cheated for the price we paid.

Affordable, great location

This was a last minute getaway. The cottage was clean and provided exactly what we needed. Loved the pricing too. The beach was a short walk, about 1.5 miles away. Lots of restaurants all along Main St.

Great location

Ideal location; close to everything. Check in was smooth with only a minor issue which the owner quickly resolved. The cottage is part of a large group of cottages on Route 28 in Chatham. Cottages are close together, but the layout is such that it feels relatively private. The cottage has a portable heater which we needed on a couple nights. The only minor issues included a dirty fry pan that was never cleaned and had dried egg in it and the shelf in the fridge was very dirty. I would offer the comment that the cottage is perfect for two people, but would be very tight for more then two.

Beautiful and Quiet

This property is in a small condo community, very peaceful and quiet. We had three different neighbors during our stay and only noticed they were there when we ran into each other loading and unloading. The water is great for swimming or kayaking. The house itself is very clean (make sure to bring your own linens!) and looks like it has been recently updated with the exception of the bathroom (which could use it but it was not in bad shape). The outdoor shower was great too, helped keep the house easy to clean up for checkout. The best part of the property in our opinion was the four-season porch (which adds about 200 sq feet to the property), the fans out there kept us cool when it was hot, and you could close up the screen windows with the sliding glass inserts if it was cold. We spent the majority of our time out there. Loved it!

Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The location on White Pond was perfect for us and our two children. We really enjoyed having fresh water swimming and fishing available to us 24-7 and our favorite ocean beaches were only a short drive away. We met a few cottage owners while there and they couldn’t have been nicer. They clearly take pride in their property and the upkeep of their association. The cottage is minimalistic, but we expected that from the description. There were several dirty dishes in the cabinets, but that is on prior renters not the property owner. Nothing we couldn’t handle! We truly enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

Excellent location

Just returned from an amazing vacation here! The location of this cute little cottage could not be better. It's close to Chatham center, beaches, bike trail, and directly on a nice pond with pretty views. It's small but just enough space for our family of 4 with small children. The beds are comfortable and it has a nice kitchen to cook in. The only thing it could use is some hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and outdoor shower. It's in a community of cottages close together, but it was very quiet and felt private. Having the pond right there to swim in was so fun for the kids and convenient for us. We had a really nice stay here and look forward to returning.

Perfect size for us

My family of 4 loved the cottage. Indoor shower was nice to have, and the lake was warm and not buggy. Modern look was nice! We ended up needing only a wifi password, and parking instructions during our stay. Super quiet and private neighborhood.

Great Cape Cottage!

Our group of 4 really enjoyed staying here! The cottage was perfect for us - a quaint place to stay with a nice kitchen and in a great location. We enjoyed the small community of cottages and swimming in the pond. We also really liked how close it was located to restaurants and shops in downtown Chatham, as well as the proximity to beautiful beaches. We'll definitely be returning in the future!
