Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Just bring yourself, everything you need is there. We had Walmart deliver - and then spent the rest of our time enjoying the area and having fun. In the evening, we relaxed on the porch looking over vineyards with the sun set. Could not have chosen a better place.

Such a great house with a large beautiful yard. Owners were very quick with communication and addressed a concern I had extremely fast. I would book this place again. We only used one of the bedrooms but I have to say one of the most comfortable beds! The house was sunny and welcoming and extremely clean. I noticed in the bathroom they had purchased individually wrapped toothbrushes and small toothpastes just in case you forgot yours. The house is across the street from an elementary school; however it’s super quiet inside the house. The kids nose was mainly at morning drop off which is understandable. Beautiful, quaint home. Don’t hesitate to book this one.

We had a nice stay overall. The host was very friendly, communicated clearly, and made the check-in and check-out process easy.One of the main reasons we chose this property was the game room and rooftop patio. Unfortunately, several of the games were out of order, and the stairs leading to the rooftop patio were heavily covered in spider webs, which made that area feel like it had not been used or cleaned recently.The home itself was pleasant and the vineyard views were relaxing. The living room furniture could use some updating, particularly the couch, which sank quite a bit, making it difficult to get comfortable.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s communication, but a little maintenance and attention to the advertised amenities would make the property much better.

The location was perfect if you enjoy the Russian River Wineries and the Healdsburg area. The house itself is full of charm and character. It was nice to be able to unwind with friends at the dining table and play cards after a collaboratively cooked meal. The little town of Graton has a couple of good little restaurants, too!

The house was very cute, cozy, and renovated. The outdoor areas were nice. The neighborhood was quaint. Having 1 bathroom with 3-4 people was rough, but we knew that going in. There were mysterious stains on various items that made us all uneasy, and the King bed is very uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was nice.

The home is adorable, clean, and very well maintained. The added arcade room and top deck are a fun addition that we enjoyed. The location is perfect. Quiet. The sounds of birds in the morning and a rooster while overlooking a vineyard, so nice. Easy walkable distance to town, which is so cute with a couple of very good restaurants. The hosts are responsive making check in and everything easy. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Sonoma

Cute house in a beautiful place. Close to Russian River, the Coast and some of the best vineyards and restaurants in California. Loved staying here.

My family and I just spent the absolute best week in the heart of West Sonoma. The Greaton House is everything and more. The listing photos don’t show quite how big and gorgeous this home is. It felt huge for us, with big soaring ceilings and a giant enclosed yard. It was super clean, the beds were super comfy, and it had everything we needed for a week of wine country bliss. The host was super communicative with questions about things we needed and we felt very taken care of. We were traveling with our 4 and 5 year old boys and chocolate lab and everyone loved the arcade room, the huge yard, and the school park across the street. We walked into town our first night (we didn’t do that again, there are absolutely NO sidewalks in Graton) and had the best meal under the stars at the Underwood. We spent a couple of days on the river, went out to the coast for oysters, and even did a jaunt into Sonoma for a Traintown visit. Graton is so close to everything but it also felt so far removed. It was heaven. Thank you Jordan for being so welcoming, we will totally be back!

What a great property! Everything was super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Fabulous outdoor space next to vineyards and across from a school. And, the little game room with shuffleboard and arcade game was a nice added bonus. Will definitely book again.

Cute and cozy

This is such a cute and cozy house, we really enjoyed our stay here it was perfect for our family of 4, and we were very close to my sister in-law who lives in Sebastopol. I would definitely recommend this place, it’s really comfortable.

Solid Stay in Charming Graton

House was clean, charming and well maintained. Yard is fantastic, enclosed and private. A cozy living room and spacious bedrooms. We loved spending time at home and walking to Underwood. The location was also ideal - quiet yet still close enough to town for any necessary outings. There were plenty of activities nearby, including hiking trails, and charming local shops and restaurants.We were also pleased with the communication from the property owner - they were responsive

Charming and Cozy

We stayed for just on night on a cold December day. The house was cozy and well appointed. The house has everything you could need from an electric teapot to a crib. The decor is cottage boho chic and feels new/modern as far as appliances and bathroom.The hosts were very responsive and made check-in a breeze. I look forward to staying again. Note: Bring your own ground coffee.

Perfect landing spot!

We stayed in the Vineyard View Getaway while we were in town for a family wedding. The home was well equipped, very clean, and felt like the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The game room was hit with our teenagers, and everyone had enough space to spread out and enjoy themselves. The hosts were very quick to reply when we had a few questions. The property is adjacent to a beautiful vineyard and a butterfly farm, all nestled in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this great property.

Beautiful vineyard property

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It’s very beautiful. There was a little bit of a hiccup with the cleaning once we got there, but Natalie took care of it. She is the property owner and she did an amazing job taking care of us. I give this property five out of five I can give it a 10 out of 10 I would beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. My parents want to stay at this property again if they ever come back to Sonoma.!!!!

Simply Beautiful

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We drove from Maryland to see our son graduate from his OS USCG A school in Petaluma. We found all the amenities of our own home in your beautiful home and it made our 3 day stay very relaxing. Owners of the home were very friendly and responsive to any and all questions we had. Perfect place for our family

This place was perfect for my daughter, her husband, my 6 year old grandson, my adult son, myself and partner. We enjoyed the quiet and the beautiful scenery of the vineyard. We liked being so close to Gratin and enjoyed a couple walks on the bike trails. The kitchen was easy to cook in and was equipped for all our needs. We especially enjoyed sitting up top above the play room. We enjoyed our meals at the outdoor table under the shade of the trees.The beds were comfortable and all the rooms had big windows with plenty of light. The living room had a cozy couch to hang out and watch tv or visit. The butterfly sanctuary is right next door although we didn’t have time to go there. I would recommend this home to stay.
