This beautiful 2 story, upper-level condo of a duplex was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. A fully furnished vacation home in Newport Beach located only 1/2 block from the sand! Enjoy brand new Central Air Conditioning during the summer months. The stocked kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, 6-person dining room. The patio has a couch and an electric BBQ with a sunroof. A perfect location for relaxing and making treasured memories with your family and friends. There are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds that will sleep up to 6 people.
You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN! We have also included fun beach toys for your enjoyment: Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas and Beach Towels. We can also offer beach bike rentals through a local vendor that will bring them to the house upon arrival and pick them up upon departure.
