Our updated 2BR/1BA vacation home offers a sleek, thoughtfully designed retreat for up to six guests. Ideally situated in the heart of the Newport Beach Peninsula, just one home from the sand, this location places you steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of local restaurants, the Fun Zone, Marina Park, and both the Newport and Balboa Piers. This residence is one of three separate homes on the property, all of which can be reserved together when available.

Spacious open floor plan seamlessly connects the living and dining areas, featuring two comfortable sofas arranged around a TV and a dining table with seating for six, perfect for gathering, relaxing, and entertaining.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2BR/1BA residence. This includes all interior spaces and the private side patio. We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay unless assistance is requested.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided for your comfort.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.

Laundry: A shared washer and dryer are located on the outside North walkway, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.

Parking: One small covered carport space - compact vehicles only. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
