Cette propriété est l'endroit idéal pour installer le camp pendant une semaine à la plage. Il y a environ 200 marches sur le sable. Il est parfaitement situé le long de cette petite côte pour utiliser toutes les jetées environnantes. Il se trouve à environ 1,5 km de la jetée de Newport. Assez proche pour aller à pied ou à vélo aux magasins et restaurants, mais assez loin pour échapper aux parkings qui attirent de grandes foules. L'unité comprend une chambre principale avec un lit queen et une salle de bain privée. Une deuxième chambre avec un lit queen et une troisième chambre avec un lit superposé complet qui a un gigogne gigogne simple. Il a une deuxième salle de bain complète partagée dans le hall. Lorsque vous entrez dans la propriété, la pièce à vivre est un concept ouvert avec un canapé et une table à manger pour que tout le monde puisse se retrouver dans le même espace. Toutes les chambres ainsi que le salon ont une grande télévision à écran plat au mur. La cuisine est équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour manger. Il dispose également d'une cafetière, d'un grille-pain et d'un four micro-ondes. Il y a un patio à l'arrière avec un coin salon, un barbecue et un petit foyer. Cette unité a assez de place pour garer 2 voitures. (un dans le garage et un dans l'allée.) Il peut être difficile de trouver un parking dans la rue, alors cet espace réservé fait toute la différence! Il y a des chaises de plage, des jouets de sable, des parasols et une laveuse / sécheuse dans le garage. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour que cette maison se sente spéciale. Nous maintenons tout bien entretenu et le style à jour. Tous les appareils sont en acier inoxydable et les comptoirs en granit. Nous apportons constamment des améliorations pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous loin de chez vous. Nous sommes heureux de pouvoir vous aider pour toutes les parties de vos vacances, de la planification aux suggestions de restaurants en passant par la réponse aux appels de maintenance. Great location. Very clean, had plenty of kitchen items to cook with. Laundry facilities worked well. Only issue was not being aware there was no ac and it could get stuffy if fans and doors not left open and on.

If it’s a quiet 5 star hotel you’re looking for keep looking. But if you want a casual, fun, relaxing beach stay this is for you! A vintage Newport duplex with all its quirks and fun vibe.the properties are all in close proximity; the weekend energy is palatable. The property is well equipped In every way; Bikes, beach chairs, kitchen tools, BBQ, on site parking and a comfortable cross breeze when the front door and slider are open. It’s located on the north end of the peninsula (my preference) which has much less traffic and congestion but easy access to the pier, Fun Zone, PCH and great restaurants. The location is just steps to the sand with lifeguard stations. The back patio is a plus! We were a family of five adults in town for a UCI graduation and enjoyed our four night stay. I would not hesitate to book again.

Cozy beach house

Was a perfect cozy beach house. Close to Newport and Hunnington beaches, close enough to drive to Disney as well. The only downfall is yiu can hear the folks upstairs, other than that the place was perfect for our family. The kids used the bikes and ejoyed riding everywhere.

Newport Beach in November

Great place and location. The only negative, which the owner clearly warned us about is being able to hear the upstairs renters - Really well... Music, footsteps and chairs were super loud even without my hearing aids :) So, if the renters are into staying up until 4:00am like ours did on Friday then you might as well go join them because getting sleep is not going to be much of an option.

Fall break

We had a great time! The house was just what we needed. Plenty of chairs, and beach gear. Kitchen was well stocked. There was enough room for all of us on the sectional. We’d love to stay here again. :)

Great Location

This location was perfect for us. Quick minute walk to the beach, lots of shopping and food options nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was almost empty besides Saturday. Not overcrowded. The house was a good size and we loved the outdoor patio. Easy Parking for two cars including our SUV.

Perfect family beach home

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach. Each year I rent a beach home for a few days to take the grandkids to the beach and visit a theme park. Stephanie’s home has been our favorite. The location was a 2 minute walk to the sand. We also enjoyed the fully stocked cabinets with all the essentials of home. Duel shower heads with great water pressure was a added bonus as well. The bikes and beach toys in the garage was huge. The kids enjoyed building sand castles and burying each other. We look forward to renting here again. Thank you for taking the time to anticipate the needs of your renters. It made our trip extra special.

Cozy house close to the beach.

This is an older home that has a small patio with a table and chairs and a wood fire pit. The living area has wood floors with a large L shaped sectional and a picnic style dining table. It’s not well lit. The 3 bedrooms are carpeted. We were 4 adults and were comfortable in the apartment. We stayed in December, and the heat worked well. The bathrooms both have walk in showers. The vanities have some counter space for toiletries or makeup. The kitchen is galley style with granite countertops. The oven vent did not work and the sink faucet was wobbly. The landlord offered to send a plumber, but we weren’t using the kitchen except to cook eggs. The unit was very quiet until tenants arrived in the unit above us. We could hear them walking above us and hear their toilets flushing. There were bikes to use and a washer and dryer in the garage.

15 years of rentals and we found our favorite...

Our family has rented beach houses in Newport Beach for the last 15 years. This was our third year in a row staying at this beach house and we are on the calendar for next year already. That should tell you enough! Stephanie is an excellent property owner that continually updates her property for the benefit of her tenants. This year we found a new outdoor grill and AC in the upstairs living area! The bikes, extra beach chairs and other beach amenities mean we do not have to lug everything from home. Lastly, finding a property with six parking places in Newport Beach is not possible. It is with this property! What a relief not having to hunt for a parking spot each time you move your car. We gladly deal with the smaller bedrooms to have this nice feature. We rent out the entire home and the upstairs kitchen and living area is big enough for everyone during breakfast and dinners making the place very livable. Thanks Stephanie!

Lovely Beach House in Newport

Our family of four adult children (ages 18-26), two daughters-in-law, and a 3 year old grandson, vacationed for a week in the ground level of this two level beach house. The photographs accurately depict the property. For our family, the best features of this house are: * Living room is a great gathering area and is very comfortable * The back patio with its barbeque, fire pit and sitting area (also great for storing beach gear overnight) * Comfortable bedrooms * Plenty of closet space * The beach gear that the owner provides (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, toys, boogey boards, etc.) * Proximity to the beach ( I stepped it off ... a little over two hundred steps to the water) * Quiet neighborhood * Walking distance to Chronic Tacos and doughnuts * 3 parking spaces is unheard of ... the driveway is long enough to fit a Chevrolet Suburban The owner was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. While the kitchen is a little smallish for larger groups (anything more than 5), the patio dining area more than makes up for an lack of seating in the kitchen. We loved this property, and found the value for it to be high relative to other properties we considered renting. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

This was our 4th trip to the “Neptune” house. And it was wonderful as always. Clean, spacious and steps to the beach. It would have been nice to have screen doors on the backyard slider and front door.

Great location, nice place

The home was a bit dated but comfortable and had everything you need. It is in a great location, just steps to the beach (120 steps to be exact, lol). There were a few minor inconveniences, the light in the dining room didn't work. And several of the outlets wouldnt work but we managed. Would absolutely stay here agsi !

Great Location!

Location was conveniently close to the beach . . . a short 100 yard walk. We were able to experience the ocean without having to drive and park. The three bedrooms were adequately furnished and the beds were comfortable.The host was extremely accommodating and replied to messages quickly. We would definitely consider staying here again.

My family and I love to travel. We enjoy seeing new places, although we also tend to revisit favorites. All four of us are fish and could spend all day in the sun and water. Unfortunately, school and work like to get in the way!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After going on vacation in Newport Beach we were all hooked. We knew this was some place we wanted to visit every summer with the kids and eventually the grandkids. When we found this property it felt like a perfect fit. We like that it is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and we can go back and forth from the house to the beach easily. Our walks to the pier together every morning to look for shells and pick up a coffee (and the uninterrupted talks that go with that) are priceless to me.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It is so awesome to be able to park the car and get out and exercise. During our beach week we take long walks on the beach, ride bikes, swim, paddle board and kayak. For us it is less than an hour away from our home but feels like a world away without all of the everyday distractions. It is so great being near 50th. You miss the traffic and crowds that come with being closer to the pier and the parking lots. This downstairs unit stays hidden from the street and sun and feels very quiet and private. It also tends to stay pretty cool in the summer heat. We love it!!
