You may know how challenging parking can be in Park City, but at Hawk's Hideaway, parking is effortless with two dedicated spots in the private heated garage, setting the tone for a seamless getaway.

Step inside and feel the comforts of home. A generous family room with a warm and welcoming fireplace greets you as you enter. For families or larger groups, this lower level promises fun and comfort, featuring one of 3 guest suites with a twin-over-twin bunk, queen bed, and full en-suite bathroom and a relaxing 8-person hot tub awaits just outside on the patio with a view of the big screen TV!

Meander upstairs to the second level of the home to find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-end finishes and appliances, inviting you to whip up a feast. Gather around the dining table for eight, or enjoy casual conversation at the bar, seating three. In the evenings, settle into the cozy living area, where the Sonos sound system adds to the ambiance and the fireplace glows warm. This level of the home also provides a private king retreat for someone in your party.

As you venture upstairs, you'll discover the Grand Primary King Suite, where comfort meets indulgence. Cozy up by the gas fireplace, unwind in the soaking tub, or treat yourself to a steam shower for that spa-like bliss. The additional upstairs guest bedroom, furnished with two queen beds and its own en-suite full bath, offers a peaceful retreat for your companions.

Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, the condo’s central heating and air conditioning ensure comfort. You and your guests are also sure to enjoy thoughtful touches like board games, books, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable. And for those in your group who need to catch up on work while visiting, 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer dedicated workspaces.

• Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

• Location, location, location!  Hawk's Hideaway is located in the Silver Star complex with it's own ski lift (we cannot guarantee the availability of this lift. See note above) and a 5-star cafe. Just across the street from the Park City Municipal Golf Course.

• Less than a mile from Park City Mountain Resort!  (3-minute drive or 17-minute walk) Access to FREE transit system just outside your door (Silver Star S Stop ID: 30060) will take you anywhere you want to go in and around Park City.

• 2 living/family rooms, each with a fireplace, TV, and board games for family fun!

• 4 bedrooms, each with private, en-suite full bathrooms.

• Well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, large refrigerator, drip coffee maker, Keurig, and more.

• Dining seating for 11 between the dining table and bar.

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a mandatory Damage Waiver as well as Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance. Your paid reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver per our contract with the private owner of the home. Be sure to review the specifics of this protection in the Rental Agreement. Upon your completed booking, you will receive a link via text (and Airbnb, if booked there) to complete your Know Your Guest verification and sign your Rental Agreement. Please note that the verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison. This process protects you and our homeowner partner and must be completed before your check-in date, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation. Once you have completed these steps, you will also gain access to your digital Guest Guidebook.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.

3) WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IN OUR HOME. SHOULD YOU HOST ANY OF THESE WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME. YOU ALSO RISK BEING EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.
