Cette maison de ville skis aux pieds est située dans la communauté Silver Star de Park City, à environ 60 pieds de la piste de ski Silver Star! Construite en 2008, cette location de vacances de 2 600 pieds carrés sur 3 étages est une grande unité de coin située au niveau principal de la communauté, à côté du télésiège Silver Star et de leur village de ski avec des équipements cinq étoiles. Silver Star est l'une des seules communautés de ski-in / ski-out à Park City offrant une expérience de village de ski et après-ski incroyable pour les clients. Des casiers à skis privés, une navette gratuite Silver Star en ville, des piscines chauffées, des bains à remous, un centre de remise en forme, d'excellents restaurants et des magasins de ski, ainsi que la piste de ski Silver Star et la chaise Silver Star adjacentes, tous à votre porte!

Ce magnifique condo comprend 4 suites parentales avec 4 salles de bain complètes, plus une demi-baignoire et pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 13 personnes. Le niveau supérieur dispose de 2 grandes suites parentales. La chambre principale arrière a un lit king size, une terrasse privée, 40 "TV w / Direct TV, et une grande salle de bains avec baignoire à jets, douche en pierre et deux lavabos. La chambre principale avant a un lit king, 32 "TV w / Direct TV et salle de bain complète avec douche / baignoire en pierre.

Le niveau principal a un salon avec 55 "TV w / Direct TV / DVD / iPod dock et beaucoup de sièges confortables autour du foyer au gaz. Directement adjacent, il y a une cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils Viking, 4 sièges de bar et une table de salle à manger de 8 places. Hors du salon, il y a une terrasse privée avec un barbecue à gaz et des sièges en plein air. Toutes ces chambres et terrasses offrent une vue imprenable sur le parcours de golf de Park City et les montagnes environnantes. L'entrée / foyer du condo est à ce niveau plus la 3e suite parentale dans la section arrière. Cette suite parentale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision de 81 cm avec télévision directe et d'une salle de bains privative avec douche / baignoire en pierre.

Le niveau inférieur a une salle familiale / multimédia avec TV 50 "avec TV directe / DVD Blue Ray / son surround, Playstation, un foyer au gaz et des sièges confortables adjacents à un patio privé avec bain à remous à 6 places donnant sur le golf et montagnes. À côté de la salle familiale, il y a la 4ème suite parentale qui a un lit superposé complet, un lit double, une télévision de 32 "avec TV directe et une salle de bain complète avec douche en pierre. À l'arrière de ce niveau de condo, il y a une grande buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur et l'entrée inférieure menant au garage de stationnement chauffé avec 2 places de stationnement privées. Il y a un canapé-lit queen-size dans la salle familiale, ce qui rend la capacité de couchage maximale jusqu'à 13 personnes.

La communauté Silver Star propose un club-house sur place, une assistance à la réception, une navette Silver Star privée, une piscine communautaire chauffée, un grand jacuzzi et un centre de remise en forme. Sur place, le Silver Star Cafe a récemment figuré parmi les meilleurs restaurants de Diners, Dives et Drive-in. Arrêtez-vous et prenez une bouchée après le ski ou pour une tasse de café avant de monter l'ascenseur. Sur place, vous avez accès à un guichet pour les billets de remontée, au télésiège Silver Star et à un magasin de location de skis / snowboards.

Ce n'est pas seulement une destination hivernale d'élite; c'est tout aussi fabuleux en été, notre secret inconnu! Comfortable luxury!

This home was perfect for our 3 families! Amenities like the pool and hot tub were a big hit! The location was central to everything we had planned, much of it within walking distance. Our only problem was fixed as soon as we contacted management. They were super helpful and friendly. We'd definitely return!

Ski in and Ski out (blue run)

Pros: Took elevator and condo and walked 50' to lift it was perfect Ski rentals was incredibly easy and next to the lift (silver start rentals *I think), we got a discount from the rental agency for staying at the condos Property manager was extremely nice and accommodating of special requests. pool, fire pit, hot tub were all great!!! Cons: The lift next to the house requires you to be able to ski a blue to get home and get out. Only 1 restaurant in walking distance from the condo . Property Management couldn't communicate via text. (phone call required, but they always answer)

July 2022 Family Vacay

Great location. Nice biking trails for everyone including a paved pathway for the kiddos. We used the pool everyday. Well maintained pool. We did not use the hot tub at the house. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The condo furniture and appliances seems at the end of life and could use an update (dining chairs loose and squeaky, the oven was on and hot when we arrived and the knob was broken to turn it off! We never felt safe to use the oven after that. Only the range top which worked fine.) The grill was used once and it was great. Mostly we were out during the day so did not spend much time in the condo. As an aside, there was construction nearby that was really noisy but we are early risers so didn’t bother us too much. Just something to consider with this rental if considering renting soon. Overall this rental fit our needs.

BIG ski-in/ski-out, lots of beds and space

The good: Exceptional location and amenities. Walk out the building to the foot of Silver Star lift. FREE community shuttle on demand via a private app was a super convenient way to get in and around town. Lots of space and big beds fit our group of 12 perfectly. Communal outdoor hot tub and heated pool one building over fit the whole group. The not great: This feels like a high volume rental. Furniture and appliances are worn. We were rationing bath towels and had to re-stock our own toilet paper and dish washer soap half way through the trip. Also, there is not a ski locker at the unit. You’ll have to keep your equipment at a locker up by the lift. On the whole, minor complaints, this was an AMAZING stay. Would recommend.

Silver Star 904

Our group of 9 ( 5 adults , 4 older teens) just returned from our stay at Silver Star condo. The Condo was very comfortable and well equipped, and the managers/ concierges were extremely responsive and helpful with details leading up to our arrival. The entire complex is a bit of a maze, so we weren’t really sure the exact location related to the amenities until we arrived. The pool / workout room is very close. The condo is 3 stories, with the lowest level accessing the indoor parking garage. And although the garage is a community garage for many units , it still was reasonably secure requiring codes to enter or use the elevator. The ski locker room isn’t quite as convenient, and is located just past the Silverstar cafe. The Silver Star lift is also very convenient, had it been running during our stay. Unfortunately, and this is not the Owners fault but rather Vail Resorts fault. Vail only opened the lift the day we were leaving. I won’t go into the excuses here. Had the lift been running, it would have been awesome. We were still able to ski in at the end of the day so that was nice. We ended up carrying skis down the road through the adjacent community (10 min each way) and dropping our skis just above the Eagle lift. We would then walk back , get dressed and head out in our ski gear. The community shuttle was easy to use and other than one pick up that took about 45 min, all the others took 2-3 min, so very convenient. We used the shuttle to go downtown several nights. Overall the place was nice, not new, but comfortable, and definitely a place we would stay again.

The place was clean and well appointed, a nice hottub and setup. Overall suited our needs well. The property managers were fast to respond to issues with the house. Only downside is that it appears the silverstar lift is closed so far this season, so it's not possible to ski in from the house.

All great except.......

The location is wonderful overlooking the golf course, Silver Start restaurant on the property, close pool access, underground parking, short walk from town and trails. What I wasn't happy with is that the property manager or owner did not inform us that there is major construction right across the street. We were all woke up every morning at 6:30am with loud construction noise. So much for waking up leisurely while on vacation. I would have appreciated a heads up so that we could have made a decision on whether or not the location was worth dealing with the early mornings of construction noise.

Thank you for your review, Cynthia. We are pleased that you enjoyed this property and its location. We apologize that there was construction near by the unit. Unfortunately we have no control over the construction going on in town and it is something that can pop up or start at any time. Our company does try to do the best we can to let guests know of construction when we are aware of it.

For the price, property interior needs a refresh. Kitchen could have been better stocked. The stools in the kitchen island didn't fit under the counter (they were barstools and the island needed counter stools). The ski locker was too far from the condo. Getting in and out of the property with one key and also constantly having to enter a code to use the elevator, etc. was a pain. The location was great and access to the lift with no lines was awesome. The heated underground parking was great too. Very expense considering the quality of the property and I am sure having rented over President's day weekend contributed to teh cost. I'd rent in this location again but not this property.

Thank you for your review, Andrea. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location of this unit. We are taking your feedback about the kitchen and barstools to the owner to address. As far as the keys to access the unit, this is standard among rentals, that is why we provide a key box so that the code to the key box can be shared and the key can be left in there for larger groups needing access at different times. With the codes for the elevator that is something that the building requires and is out of our control, as are the ski lockers. Most condos that offer ski lockers try to make it convenient, and easy to find for all guests.
