The Space:
Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly condo designed for easy mountain days and cozy nights. The main level features an open living area with a plush sectional, fireplace, and TV with DVD player—great for movie time after the slopes or trails. WiFi is provided to keep you connected.
Slide open the door to your private balcony for fresh alpine air, partial mountain views, and a BBQ grill—perfect for simple outdoor meals. Inside, the kitchen offers generous counter space and a full suite of appliances to handle everything from quick breakfasts to hearty après-ski dinners. When it’s time to gather, the dining table seats 6.
Four bedrooms give your group plenty of flexibility, including a primary suite with an ensuite bath and additional guest rooms with a mix of queen, twin, and bunk beds. Some rooms include small mounted TVs, and one offers direct access to the balcony.
At the Villa de los Pinos complex, you’ll also have access to a communal hot tub, pool, and tennis court. Unassigned parking for two vehicles is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the complex lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Stairs: Stairs are required within the home.
• Winter shuttle: A free shuttle is within walking distance in winter and runs to Eagle Lodge and The Village.
• Communal amenities: The pool, hot tub, and tennis court are communal and managed by the HOA; availability may vary.
• WiFi: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
