Perfect place for stargazing and children to play, bike and sled down the slopes behind the house, and it is just few minutes drive to ski lodge and town with shops and restaurants. The huge living room is filled with nice furniture and has a pool table and board games to keep your family and friends of all ages entertained. The 2 master bedrooms (one on the same level as living room and kitchen) have large walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, one with private deck and one with jetted tub and walk-in shower. One bedroom with 2 bunk beds and one room with two twin beds. The fifth bedroom is perfect for kids to hang out and has a futon couch, bean bag and queen size air mattress stored in closet if needed. 2-car garage, driveway fits 2 more cars, and there are additional parking spaces in the adjacent lot. You can enjoy a hot coco by the fireplace when you return from the slopes or a sip of wine and an outdoor dinner after a long day of outdoor adventures!

Whether you're looking to hit the slopes in winter or have fun in the summer with your family and guests, our large peace and quiet property is one of your best options. There are several hot tubs in the community, hiking trails directly behind it and many more trails within walking distance. 5 minutes drive to Eagle Ski Lodge. Enjoy golfing, horseback riding, fishing and shopping as well! The town is just a few minutes away. There is a bus stop about a half mile from the house that will take you to main lodge, village and town. Purchase a guest pass to use the 30,000-square-foot Snowcreek Athletic Club, a fitness and recreation facility, that offers spa treatment, tennis courts, racquetball courts, wellness classes, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Go visit must see places like Devils Postpile, Rainbows Falls, Earthquake fault and Yosemite National Park which is only 40 miles from Mammoth Lakes.
