Cette maison en rangée avec 4 chambres et mezzanine, 4 salles de bain a été complètement rénovée à partir de zéro! Nouveau revêtement de sol dans chaque chambre, ainsi que des salles de bains et une cuisine entièrement rénovées. Il est situé à deux pas de Eagle Lodge et est idéal pour les grands groupes ou les familles souhaitant se détendre dans un quartier calme de la ville. La maison de ville comprend des plafonds voûtés, un grand plan d'étage ouvert dans le salon, une cheminée à bois et un coin repas pour 10 personnes. Cette unité comprend une cuisine complète avec tous les appareils électroménagers dont vous aurez besoin pour vous sentir chez vous. Vous profiterez également du jacuzzi privé avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne!

La chambre principale comprend un lit Queen Size, une salle de bain privée attenante avec double vasque, une baignoire et une douche à l'italienne. La deuxième chambre dispose également d'un lit Queen et d'une salle de bain privée attenante avec double vasque et douche à l'italienne. Les troisième et quatrième chambres offrent chacune un lit Queen avec une salle de bain partagée avec double vasque et douche à l'italienne. La mezzanine à l'étage est idéale pour les enfants ou les célibataires avec un total de 6 lits jumeaux (1 lit superposé avec 2 lits jumeaux et 2 lits jumeaux avec lits gigognes en dessous) douche à l'italienne. Tous les clients de Mammoth Sierra bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations comprenant une piscine couverte chauffée, un hammam / sauna, un centre de remise en forme complet, des cours de yoga, de pilates et de vélo, etc.

Un lotissement de groupe ou familial spectaculaire à quelques pas de Eagle Lodge! Cette maison de ville peut accueillir un maximum de 14 personnes, est livré avec un garage privé pour une voiture avec 2 places de parking extérieures supplémentaires dans l'allée, et est de 4 niveaux à l'intérieur. Vous recevrez deux laissez-passer de stationnement. Perfect location

This was a wonderful house that has all the accommodations. The location is perfect to get around Mammoth. The best part of the house was using the living room for all of us to be in. The windows share a beautiful view of the mountains. Will definitely book this place again.

Great ski townhome

Overall great house with a great location to walk-on ski. House fit our group wonderfully. My only note is the kitchen pans were all bad along with a few other utensils. They could use some updating but otherwise everything was great.

The property was generally as advertised. It had four bedrooms and a really great loft. The jacuzzi was nice. Parking wasn't an issue. There were a couple small issues but they made them right, right away.

Some minor things smoke detector was beeping for low battery, I called Mammoth Sierra about the problem and it was never fixed annoying to sleep with beeping. They could use some larger frying pans. Like I said pretty minor problems, the condo is great and we would still rent it again.

Worst stay we have every had

This home should not be rented out in the condition that it is in. We encountered multiple problems during our stay. There were safety issues such as the master bathroom door which leads to the outside the property did not have a lock.it was visible that the lock had been removed. The garage would not close with our car parked inside. Multiple windows were broken and would not shut. The worst part of our stay was encountering a rat while we were sitting at the dinning room table. After futher investigation we discoverved rat droppings around the house.

Perfect Spring Stay

The property is super quite, amazing view of the mountains from the hot tub and bedrooms with those views. Easy to access, warm, and the layout gives a sense of privacy among the many different people we had staying with us. The only things I would recommend would be some mainteance. Most of the window cranking mechanisms did not work, so opening the windows for fresh air was not easy. Also, the hot tub jets did not all work (although super hot!), and the mechanism to open and lower the hot tub was broken, so we had to take off the top and put back on with two people all the time . The sliding doors in many of the rooms were off track. The dryer doesn't turn off when using (fire hazard). So again, just seems to need a bit of maintenance. Overall great time.

Great location but Jacuzzi didn't work

The condo is in a great location near Eagle. A short walk down the driveway to get to an Eagle ski run (in and out), although it's ~1 mile to drive to Eagle lodge. The condo is four floors: two bedrooms on bottom floor, two on the middle floor and loft above main floor. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and spices, etc. Several guests enjoyed the master bathroom spa tub (fits two people). The main disappointment was that the Jacuzzi wasn't heating. We called right away and someone came to look at it but it was never fixed. Having a private Jacuzzi as advertised in the VRBO title was a key draw for this property. Some additional maintenance items needed: the downstairs shower didn't get hot even though the hot water in the sink in that bathroom did; and the fireplace lighter was out of fluid. Recommend providing more detailed instructions about fireplace damper for those not familiar with lighting fires in fireplaces.

Amazing stay!

The property was exactly as described - spacious, clean, and filled with amenities! We had a wonderful time and also explored the very nice neighborhood. Guest services were very friendly and responsive. The well laid out living area and kitchen provided a natural congregation spot for the group. We’d highly recommend this property for anyone looking to spend quality time with friends and family in a picturesque setting.

Wonderful location within short walk to slopes

This property exceeded our expectations. We were 3 families of teenagers with a total of 12 and had more than enough room to hang out and relax! I do not think the description emphasizes enough how close this property is to the Bridges Run at the Eagle Lodge side of Mammoth.I hate to walk and carry all my gear, and I was able to do it no problem. It was just a really short walk and super easy to ski in and out and come back for lunch. It had all the kitchen cooking items needed to feed a serve a group of over 12 people. Also, the hot tub is huge and we kept it at 104 degrees and it felt wonderful after a long day of skiing. I strongly recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

We have such a nice view. All the family was so thankful and grateful of how beautiful and comfortable the townhouse is. It was a comfortable family reunion and a mini getaway with my family.

Awesome house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time on our 3 day stay at this house. We had 11 adults in our group and never felt crowded. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished with amazing mountain views. The hottub was wonderful and felt so good after a long day of snowboarding. The slopes were just minutes away which allowed us to come home for lunch.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. Overall, just wonderful and we would definitley stay there again! The highlight of our trip was finding a bear climbing into the backseat of our car as we were unloading our luggage and grociers on the first day! So exciting - but might want to keep you car doors closed! :)
