This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (4 cars). NO street parking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES. Garage is 8' H by 15.5' W.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.


• Please note that though the listing shows 6 beds, there are only 5 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality queen-size air mattress.

• Please note that though the listing shows 3 bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed (2 twin- size beds). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

• This property’s pool includes a heating system that can raise the water to hot-tub temperatures. Please note that it may take some time for the pool to heat to the desired hot-tub temperature.

• Garage is 8' H by 15.5' W.

• We do not provide external speakers for the projector outdoors. The projector itself has sound, but it is not very loud. This is to avoid noise complaints from neighbors.

• Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.

• Even though we include a fire pit, we do NOT include firewood. Always put out the fire after using the fire pit and never leave fire burning unattended.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This property includes a hot tub/pool outside. Please understand that since the hot tub/pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub/pool. Rest assured that we do hot tub/pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the hot tub/pool after we have cleaned it. Our hot tub/pool maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the hot tub/pool and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the hot tub/pool remains in great condition for you and future guests.

• To ensure proper pool maintenance, please do not turn off the outdoor hose bib/tap, as it controls the automatic pool water filler. If the valve is closed, guests may be responsible for any resulting damage to the pool equipment and additional cleaning costs.
