City View!-Caught a Vibe in Houston-Hot Tub

Welcome to my Caught a Vibe in Houston (City View!) located in between Downton and University of Houston! This beautiful recent construction four story home features 3 bedroom/3.5 bath with a private driveway parking and two car garage! We are just 5 minutes to downtown and University of Houston with instant access to 288 and 45 freeway. Quick Uber/Lyft ride to major attractions within the city.

The Place:
The space allows for small gatherings but any group size over our limit of 12 must be negotiated or anyone extra will be evicted. We monitor incoming traffic with external security cameras. We are very strict about this.
