This home is packed with amenities to enhance your stay. Stay connected with the provided ethernet connection and wireless router or simply relax in the central AC and enjoy the comforts of home.

Sun City offers additional recreational opportunities for those guests who wish to join the Recreational Center of Sun City (RCSC) program for an additional $75.00/month fee. All 7 Sun City AZ recreation centers offer RCSC Cardholders and their guests a wide variety of options to meet their recreational and social needs, affording them the opportunity to enhance their active lifestyle and well-being. Every recreation center offers special-interest clubs and a myriad activities and amenities such as swimming pools & spas, fitness centers, and social halls. You won’t find another active adult community in the country that offers so many choices. There’s pickleball and tennis, racquetball and softball; line dancing and social dancing; shuffleboard, billiards and darts, too. Each recreational center has a golf course where daily greens fees are $25/nine holes for RCSC card holders.

There is always something fun and interesting to do with parks and trails, Sun City recreation centers and golf courses, an open-air amphitheater, and dozens of activities and social clubs. Sun City, Arizona, hosts many arts festivals, neighborhood parties, musical concerts, and special events. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
