Please note - as part of our booking process we ask all our guests to sign a rental agreement and we place a hold of $200 the day before your arrival on a card. No funds are taken from your account it is a hold of funds which is released 5 days after your departure. This process was put in place to prevent house rules being broken, theft or damage to the property.
