Idéalement situé pour accéder aux parcs à thème Disney, aux terrains de golf, aux centres commerciaux, aux restaurants et à de nombreuses autres attractions, il y a beaucoup d'activités et d'excitation que vous ne souhaitez que le soleil ne se couche jamais et la nuit ne tombe jamais. Après une journée amusante dans les parcs Disney ou les terrains de golf ou si vous avez fait vos achats jusqu'à votre départ, vous trouverez sûrement la villa un endroit paisible pour se détendre, un endroit idéal pour se détendre et un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Une simple promenade dans le quartier pour voir des agrumes, repérer des ibis de Floride et regarder le coucher du soleil suffit à vous ressourcer pour un autre jour.

La villa se trouve à 17 km des principaux parcs à thème Disney. Après une belle journée de rencontre avec Micky et ses amis, revenez à la maison et nagez dans la piscine sous-marine éclairée ou tout simplement trempez-vous dans le spa de la piscine, savourez le plaisir de la journée et laissez libre cours à votre imagination ... La piscine est clôturée pour la sécurité des enfants, grillagée et avec véranda couverte. Pour bronzer en plein jour, des chaises longues confortables, une table de patio et des chaises sont là pour vous permettre de profiter du soleil de la Floride!

Il y a une table de billard et un jeu de baby-foot - jouer à certains jeux après une journée mouvementée pourrait être un changement positif de rythme.

Il y a un salon familial avec TV 42 ', DVD et films ainsi qu'un coin salon calme pour lire un livre peut-être!

Il y a une salle à manger formelle ainsi qu'une table de petit déjeuner pour que vous puissiez planifier la journée à venir.

La cuisine est à aire ouverte, entièrement équipée pour cuisiner un repas complet ou simplement prendre un verre ou deux. Il y a deux portes-fenêtres dans le salon / cuisine ouvert sur la piscine / spa.

Great Place

We stayed almost 3 weeks and everything we needed was provided. Pool heat for this time of year was perfect, we were able to use the pool and hot tub daily. We had one minor issue with the toilet handle and maintenance was there within minutes to fix it. Our only suggestions would be to think about changing the family room furniture as its not very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home. We enjoyed our time there.

Short notice vacation

We booked the house within two weeks of travel. Communication with the property owner/mgmt was great. The house could use some cosmetic maintenance, the walls need painted and the carpets are quite disheveled and dirty. We had to clean the floors on arrival including the pool deck. There were quite a few insects in the house, however I do understand this is Florida but we haven’t experienced this many insects in previous rentals in the area. The pool area was large and where we spent most of our time. Overall had an enjoyable stay in this well equipped home.

Ok except for the bug problem

The house looked good upon arrival & had everything we needed except roaches within the first 24 hours which had to be addressed twice during the first few days our stay. The property manager was responsive & we loved the neighborhood but the bug problem set the tone for a not so great & stressful vacation.

Great holiday

We had a great holiday in this quiet community. The house was very roomy and well equipped. The pool area was awesome and the pool well maintained. The property manager was very prompt. As well, the owner was pleasant to communicate with and responded in short order. We loved this house and would definitely stay again.

First family vacation

I really would love to give this a five star. In reality everything was great except for roaches. They had roaches and I called David the manager. He was prompt and did have a pest control person come out immediately the day I called him and had them do whatever they have to do for pest control. The roaches got worse instead of got better. I understand that it is a tropical climate and that it has bugs and I get that very much. Roaches are not the average bug. I had to leave our luggage outside when we got home so that I didn’t worry about bringing them home with us. That was my main concern about it. The only other thing I didn’t like was the pool person came without any notice and I was changing and I didn’t have the blinds close and that kind of caught me off guard and I did not like that part. Overall, the house is beautiful. We really enjoyed our time there. I loved how prompt David was and how he got back to me immediately and always answered the phone pretty much. I believe the house is beautiful. I did really enjoy my stay. I did love the comfortability of the home. I did love the access to Disney and Seaworld from the place. I really enjoy my stay, so I don’t want anyone to think that this is a bad place to stay it is not it is a good place to stay and overall the owner and the management company are really great people.

Another amazing stay at Doug’s villa absolutely beautiful and within reach of all the attractions are whole family enjoying every minute of our time there this villa has everything you need and more beautiful and clean and pool is fantastic the grandchildren absolutely loved it and couldn’t believe the surprise of going back again thank you so much again we hope to be back again soon Sherrie

Don’t waste your money on animal kingdom, this is all the wildlife you’ll need!

Insane amount of bugs in the master bathroom. I have literally never seen anything like it. Used bandaid stuck to bedspread on arrival. Had a lizard jump out of my bag at me. Took me 2 days to figure out how to get all the TVs to work and spectrum went out. Then the internet. I’d love to tell you the owner was understanding and apologized for the inconvenience, nope. Basically told us we brought the bugs with us. All 500 of them. I asked if we could move to another property, he told us he only owned the one we were at and one more that he was staying at, and that “he left so we could come stay” like he was doing us a favor. Property manager was wonderful. Owner was a nightmare. We paid full price and slept on the couch for 2 nights to avoid the insects. As long as you don’t run into any problems, house is great. But not worth the risk.

villa was in great location for parks and orlando surrounding area,villa had everything we needed especially the pool after along day at the parks. the only thing that let it down was the general cleanliness on arrival inside and out, pool area requires a good jet washing.this is something the management company need to address if it wasn’t for the cleanliness villa would get a 5 star rate ( as for the management company overall they were prompt at coming out if had any issues)overall would recommend villa for a stay in orlando

Good location, NO hot water!

The property was accurate to the listing. When we got to the property there was no hot water. The manager came out on the next day to relight the pilot light for the water tank. It kept going out and had to be relit every day of our stay. My family took multiple cold showers throughout our time there.

It was lovely

It was a lovely house. The listing was a little misleading as some of the rooms are said to be upstairs but it is a one story house. There was enough room in the house for everyone to have their own space when needed. There a very few personal touches in the house. It felt a little like a house and not a home. The pool was wonderful. The kids spent all of their free time at the house in it. We would stay there again.

Great Stay and Most Comfortable Beds!!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and spacious. The pool and sauna were great too and with a toddler running around I felt so much better having the sturdy safety gate around the pool and the safety locks on the doors. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I was told the other beds were very comfortable as well. The home has pretty much what you need as far as dishes /pots and pans/ coffee pot, etc. We bought toilet paper, paper towels, etc. to last the week but we knew that going in and we’re fine with that. The owner Doug always answered all of my questions and was easy to communicate with, the same for the property manager. Check in and out was easy. We would stay here again!

Great property!

Ibis Hill property was perfect, close to everything. David was spectacular, had a couple minor issues, he resolved them very fast. Will stay here again. Wonderful neighborhood, great neighbors. I advise to walk around the subdivision, just beautiful. Thank you Ibis Hill we had a wonderful time.

We came to the area to relax and check out Seaworld. This was a great place to stay. Nicer in person even than the pictures show! The pool definitely seemed bigger in person too! Lots of things close by and very great quick getaway for our family. Would stay again

Wonderful Vacation

It was very enjoyable spending time at this villa. The owner was very quick to respond to questions we had prior to booking the house. We met David, the property manager, at the house when we arrived. He was helpful and responsive to any issues that came up. The location is perfect for the nearby attractions. We felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood and recommend this house.

Great location, Spacious Property

The location to the parks was only about 20 minutes away!! We also spent the day in Cocoa Beach and was only an hour and half from the house as well. Neighbors were very friendly as well. I enjoy cooking and this house had it all! :) I was very impressed with all the dishes/appliances to cook with. Great layout - photos don’t do it justice! The master is located up front with the other 3 bedrooms towards the back. Our 12 year old enjoyed her own “en suite” in the back with her own bathroom and access to the pool. Also, they had an endless amount of towels which was helpful! Would recommend.

Dirty and disorganized

Be prepared to do everything twice including rental agreement, payments and discussing fine details. The owner of the property kept sending me notices regarding payments, pool heat costs and would never directly answer my questions. I always had to provide past payment dates and he wouldn't even tell me the address until a few days before I arrived. This morning he sends me a snot o gram saying something about the cleaners waiting outside and that check out is at 10:00 even though we were gone by 10:00. The place is a filthy mess and the fact you have to pay a cleaning fee is despicable. Go elsewhere

Beautiful vacation home

The property was spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation was available; however, it was not clean to our satisfaction. There was spilled drinks in the refrigerator, the bathroom rugs needed to be washed, and the sliding door tracks needed cleaning. Otherwise, we had an awesome time.

Would Stay Again!!

Great house, we had a family of 7 age ranging from 4 to 73 and we all enjoyed the house. Plenty of room to relax after the long days at the parks. Multiple stores right down the street you can get anything you might need. We plan to return to Orlando for another vacation soon and would stay here again!

House was beautiful but it needed to be sprayed for bugs and for mold in main bathroom

The owner was very nice but he needs to change the management company we paid to have the pool water heated but for the first three days the water was cold house needs to be cleaned better
