Ro was terrific. We really enjoyed this property. We needed help or information 2-3 times during the week of our stay and Ro was extremely responsive, going above and beyond each time. We highly recommend this property to everyone. We would drfinitely stay here again.

Our stay was from Thursday-Sunday! Beautiful home, spacious and accommodated our family perfectly for Spring Break. Ro communicated effectively and responded quickly answering a couple of initial questions I had. Our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the property. The housekeeping in between stays should absolutely be reevaluated, simply unacceptable. I would recommend this property & book again but certainly suggest better cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

We really enjoyed ourselves in the home. It was the perfect size for our party which had 5 kids. So the kids had their space and so did my husband and I. The house had plenty of startup items and towels were a perfect amount. All the bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs (as an FYI to anyone that needs those downstairs). No issues with the neighbors and safety was never an issue. Our host communicated rather quickly when needed. We rent often, and this was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Gave this a 4 in cleanliness only because the house was dusty. Again, doesn’t make or break us having a great stay.

host was nice and welcoming, house was nice and very spacious but i felt it could’ve been cleaned a bit better as we saw cobwebs and the walls were scuffed and looked dirty. the pool area was nice, could’ve been cleaner but i chalked it up to being off season :)

The house is huge! It basically has two spacious master suites! The kids loved the nice foosball table! The beds were all extremely comfortable. The kitchen and living room are very spacious and we had plenty of room. We can’t wait to come back!

The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils that were severely worn and scarred. There were many blemishes in walls and front door was not clean bedding sheets was stained air conditioning filters were black and no body came to replace air conditioner filter was black and water drip water

Overall it was great. Only issues we had were not having electricity when we got there and having to wait to get it turned on after driving 7 hours. Also would like to have extra blankets.

Overall, the house was great! Pool was freezing, but that was our fault for not checking about heating ahead of time. The house was clean! Our son loved the Lego themed room. The mattress in the crib needs to be replaced. It’s very worn which makes it flimsy and with sheets, it bends and tents up, making it dangerous for the baby since they come up in their face. We couldn’t use it.

Hot in the kitchen sink didn’t get hot, therefore the dishwasher didn’t sanitize. My wife stayed for six weeks and the broom was broke, vaccum cleaner did not work, not mop to clean up small messes. Walls were dirty. Roku in master bed did not work. Furniture was not what was pictured in the house. Emailed about getting some cleaning supplies was told that we would be charged for cleaning service and later said they would reimburse us but it was too late by then. Several rips in the pool enclosure screens both on top and on the sides. Cannot bypass the pool alarm back door, always beeped. Windows didn’t open for fresh air.

The location of this house was perfect for us, near groceries (Publix/ Walmart/DG) gas stations and restaurants. Additionally, it only took us about 30 mins to get to Sea World from our stay! Old Town was not to far ether. Neighborhood was quiet and house was spacious. We had plenty of fun playing darts, air hockey and foosball in the garage. The kids went swimming each day, 3 to 5 foot in dept, perfect for little kids and adults. The home is an older home but that did not bother us as it fit our needs just fine. The owner did provide swim towels in each room in addition to bath towels which was nice. Lastly, we did run short on toilet paper and had to buy more but overall was not a huge issue.

This property is very poorly maintained both inside and out. The pictures on VRBO do not reflect the true state of the villa. The pool area was particularly bad, it was filthy and the table and chairs were disgusting and in our opinion unsafe to use due to severe corrosion. The pool screening was damaged in a few places and this has led to an increased number of critters and frogs to enter the area and pollute the pool. The fridge in the kitchen has many broken shelves and the washing machine and dryer are very dilapidated looking. Some of the glassware in the kitchen was unwashed and the toothbrush holders were appalling.. The shower head in the ensuite master was full of mold. All not very inviting to use.In the living area there is evidence of water damage and some walls are very badly stained because of it. The patio door did not have a pool alarm but was rectified very quickly by management. The whole house needs a very deep clean.We booked this villa for 14 nights and left after one. The host said the conditions were acceptable and offered us very little compensation. Booking this villa has cost us a lot financially as we had to rent elsewhere at very short notice . We couldn't leave quickly enough! It also ruined the start of our holiday too. We visit Florida every year and have stayed in 30 plus villas, we have never experienced such poor standards and this is our first ever negative review.
