Maison d'accès à l'eau dans la communauté de Suissevale à Moultonboro. Les serviettes de bain, les draps et les produits en papier sont fournis. Terminé sur trois niveaux. Le niveau principal a une cuisine, salle à manger, salon, salle de bain complète et une chambre. Une porte coulissante dans la salle à manger mène à une belle véranda avec un ventilateur de plafond et des lumières encastrées. A l'étage, il y a deux chambres et une salle de bain complète. Au niveau inférieur se trouve une pièce finie avec canapés, télévision et réfrigérateur. Accès internet WiFi. La cour arrière a un foyer. La plage communautaire est à environ 800 mètres. Avec un accès à la plage communautaire, au club-house, au court de tennis et à l'aire de jeux, c'est une superbe maison de vacances.

Great stay, beautiful house

Great house, clean, lots of room for the whole family. The bedrooms are large, mattresses a little hard. Bathrooms large, good supply of paper products soap etc. kitchen large, big refrigerator and one in the garage for drinks. Washer and dryer were great as we had a few rainy days.Bunk beds in the basement was good for the kids and the couch was a pull out in needed. We did bring a topper for that to make more comfortable! The garage was good to store our bikes! Nice dirt roads for biking, even over to the Castle in the clouds. The Castle also had great hiking trails! Very close to mini golf, close to Meredith for shopping, plenty of restaurants to choose from! Enjoyed Giuseppe, The Camp, The Canoe, Hanford in Meredith for shopping. Peter was available if needed and responded very quickly, enjoyed communicating with him. We loved the beach, clean, sandy, water warm and enjoyed using our floats. Easy to get there, but drove most of the time! It was a great week before my son got Married at the Castle in the Clouds, which was a Beautiful day!

Fun family lake getaway

We squeezed in 1 last vacation of the summer at this great house. The location, community and beach were wonderful for a young family! The house was so well kept. The screened in porch was great for dinners and after dinner card games. The bedrooms were perfect for our crew and the kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. We also enjoyed the fire pit for making s’mores in the evenings.

Great place!

Clean, comfortable and spacious home with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. Our teens loved the lower level and had their own hang out area. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The nearby beach was very nice. We highly recommend this place. Peter was quick to respond to our questions. Great host.

Making memories

We have been going to Suisvalle for 5 years now. It is the best for kids and adults. So relaxing and plenty for kids to do. My grandchildren count done days to go back. The house was perfect. The screened in porch was a bonus and Peter couldn’t have been nicer. The private beach is awesome and clubhouse has tennis courts and basketball court something for all ages. We love it and are looking forward to going back next year Valerie Lauretano

Nice home with pretty much everything you need

This home was clean and very comfortable. All the rooms had ac and it all worked great. The kitchen was clean and had all the normal appliances handy. There was a screened in porch that was great for realxing with morning coffee, and a nice place to have dinner and drinks at night. Peter (the owner) was very nice, accomodating and easy to reach if you have questions. Loved it. We would definitely rent here again

Fall family get together

Very comfortable house for adults and kids. The grandchildren loved the game area with bunks. Everything needed for cooking was there. Supplies were plentiful. The area the house was felt secluded because of the trees. We had a fire the last night which gave a nice ending to a great weekend.

Great long weekend away

The house was just what we were looking for for our long weekend getaway! We enjoyed the beach area and and having a screened in porch was great to use at night. While out on a walk we saw two deer, which was incredible to see. We would definitely stay again!

New Hampshire get away

Well taken care of home nestled by lots of trees. Centrally located for many adventures. Peter was very responsive. Has a great patio/porch area that was all enclosed and had lights and ceiling fan so you could enjoy time out there

Fabulous home for family gathering!

The house was the perfect setting for our friends/family gathering for the July 4th celebration. It was immaculate and completely stocked with everything we needed - just bring your clothes, food and drinks and enjoy your getaway at the lake. Peter was a great host - he was so responsive before and during our stay. The only downside to our week was the weather (very cool and rainy) but the house was big enough to accommodate inside activities without feeling cramped. We will definitely return to this great place (and hope for better weather)

Wedding weekend

Very clean and inviting home. Plenty of room for 10 of us. Having to postpone the wedding from August to October, so if the wedding party found it difficult to find accommodations close to Castle in the Clouds. We had plenty of room and the weekend was wonderful! Thank you Peter for allowing us to leave a little later.

Perfect house for 2 families to share

The house was very clean and we all loved that it had air conditioners through out. Screened in porch and finished basement were great places to play games and hang out. The beach was beautiful and was the highlight of our trip. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. We would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect family location

House was immaculate! This was big as my parents joined us for this vacation for my dads 70th. Great layout of home and we loved the sun room and beach! Owner was very responsive and polite. Excellent stay. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation rental!

Great Location and Waterfront Access

We came with our almost 2-year old daughter and the beach and playgrounds were great spots for her to play. The house was nice too and the wooded setting and screened in porch were particularly enjoyable.

A perfect week on the lake!

Totally well equipped with barbecue, screened in porch, all kitchen utensils , linens and towels and all the things like paper products you usually have to run out and buy, including soap and shampoo.! Perfect for two families to share. Beach is lovely..long walk or short drive. We would definitely return!

Enjoyed our family vacation at this home

The home accommodated our party of 8 plus two dogs. Parking was easy - we had four vehicles. The kitchen was small but all of the other rooms especially the basement were large. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. Spent most of our time there. Very quiet and secluded wooded area. It would've been nice to be closer to the lake but it was great to have access to the private beach and boat launch. We enjoyed our summer family vacation at this home!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It is the perfect place to bring a family in the summer. The beach is on a peninsula with the only access being over a foot bridge. It is a safe and fun place to bring the kids. Minutes away from all the hiking trails at Castle in the Clouds. Tennis and playgrounds in the summer. Sledding hill and access to snowmobile trails in the winter.
