We were on a girls trip, the location was perfect & house was great! Would be great for families too. We miss Sedona's beautiful sunsets that you see every night from the deck.

Incredible Place For Large Group!

The space was incredible and a great option t host a large group. There is a ton of space both inside and outside the property for people to accommodate 15+ people. The views from the house are amazing. It's a great place to sit on the patio or by the pool to relax. My group really enjoyed the fire pit and the grill which is another bonus to this space. The host are very responsive and quickly offered assistance when we had a water issue due to the neighbor's remodeling. The house is centrally located in Sedona and very close to many destinations and necessities like the grocery store. I would definitely choose this space again if I returned with a big group to Sedona.

This was the perfect venue for our family gathering.

This was the perfect venue for our family gathering. The location is ideal with amazing views. The house is ridiculously comfortable, welcoming, and spacious. We all enjoyed the lap pool and ping pong table. I doubt there are many places so conveniently located to downtown with such amazing vistas. Thanks for hosting us!

This place is most certainly nice. But we had a place that we paid for at the same time that was 10 times the property that this was and we paid half the cost. The view was great until we got to our other VRBO property. There are definitely things about this house that aren’t what the picture show. The staircase between the upper level and the lower level is very basic, borderline disappointing. The master bedroom does not have a closet nor do they have a door to the toilet, which is quite frustrating and annoying, giving the price of the property. The view upon first review is spectacular. But we also rented another house in Sedona for our wedding and the other house had a much more spectacular view. They also had a way more enjoyable back patio. We also experience flooding in one of the bedrooms, but this was a very unusual rain storm for Arizona. But the downstairs is disappointing. Instead of having doors, they have curtains so if that’s something that you don’t appreciate, then take that into consideration. Also, the master bedroom does not have a closet. But the property management is fantastic, they went above and beyond, and it was exceptional.

Fantastic Stay in this Beautiful Home! Kitchen Well Stocked! Highly Recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, well-appointed home. The layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with so many unique indoor and outdoor spaces that it was easy for everyone in our group to spread out and feel right at home. The hosts were very attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The pool is narrow but surprisingly long, and it was perfect for both relaxing and playing. The kids had just as much fun swimming and playing as the adults did floating and lounging. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and having two refrigerators and two laundry rooms was incredibly convenient for a larger group. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet the location is still very convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Sedona area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona.

This house has Everything!

Great house for large families looking for something semi-private centrally located in Sedona. The view is spectacular, especially on clear mornings with hot air balloons rising into the sky. This house has everything. I would rent this house again now that I've stayed there and know it really is worth it.

Overall a great property with plenty of amenities and room to spread out with a large family. We had 13 people and everyone was comfortable. Ideally there’d have been an outside connection between levels; there were no stairs outside to move from the pool to the hot tub. Unfortunately for us, there was major construction next door just below the pool that continued throughout the weekend. The property’s upkeep has been overlooked by the maintenance team or not reported by other guests. All in all, the host was very responsive and appreciative of the notifications and immediately sent someone to check it out, but I wouldn’t call this luxury or 10/10…with a little more TLC it would be.
