Cette maison est tout simplement spectaculaire! Situé dans un quartier calme de West Sedona, à quelques pas d’une boulangerie et de restaurants. Assez grand pour plusieurs familles ou un grand groupe. Vous allez adorer le grand coin cuisine avec deux fours, une cuisinière à gaz et un barbecue à gaz de haute qualité à l'extérieur. Our stay was perfection!! From check in to check out everything was incredible. Donna was so sweet - she met us at check in and told us everything we needed to know to enjoy the property to the fullest. Her and Mark thought of everything! The house had everything labeled, extra towels, blankets - anything you could need. The view was unreal and sitting in the balcony for the sunrise every morning was a dream. The house is so big that even with 15 of us we had ample space and weren’t even able to take advantage of every space the house has to offer. The location is perfect as well - outside of the main tourist area but close enough for easy access to anything and everything you’d want to do in Sedona. The grocery store is 5 minutes away too so running to get anything is a breeze. There’s local cafes and restaurants nearby too!A trip and stay of a lifetime - I hope I have the opportunity to come back someday :)

What a wonderful place to stay. We had a family reunion full of adventures, games, and pool time! The home had the best kitchen amenities, filled with everything you needed and more. The host was friendly and available. It was great to get a house tour and info on running things when we checked in!

This property was amazing! We take an annual family trip with 10 adults and six kids who are 10 and under. This house was exactly what we needed. The downstairs was so much fun. Playing games. Our kids put on performances every night in the theater. The pool and hot tub were so amazing. Everything is labeled so it makes acclimating to a new space so simple. The beds are so comfortable.The location is perfect. You are in a neighborhood but it feels remote. You are minutes from everything Sedona has to offer. The views from the second floor are spectacular. The hosts are wonderful and responsive. I hope I get the opportunity to come back in the future.

Fabulous Family Reunion

This was the perfect place for us to gather from 6 different states! The common space was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful wood detail the original owner designed and built. The kitchen was spectacular - our various "chefs" had everything they needed to put on some great meals. We especially enjoyed the pool, pool table, air hockey, and dartboard - lots to do to bring us together, no matter what age. Our hosts were wonderful - responsive and helpful. A truly magical time!

Fabulous Family Fun!

Perfect property for a little or a lot of everything for everyone (young or old). Epic sunrises to evening fire pit gatherings, our family of 11 (ages 7-70) always had an activity to enjoy (individually or with others). Phenomenal place! Highly recommend!

Awesome home with all the amenities

Incredible home nestled in a quiet community but just minutes away from local restaurants. Owners were available to help answer questions and help walk through the home features. Arcade games, theater seating, pool, outside putting green, and many other features.

Amazing weekend getaway

I had several women come on a leadership journey with me and staying in this house made it magical! The pictures don't do it justice, it is a gorgeous house has enough bedrooms and separation that 7 women were very comfortable and not once did any of us feel on top of each other. We had a chef that made us meals each night and they loved the kitchen so if you like cooking, this is a great house for a big family meal.There were so many things to do, we barely wanted to leave the house. The sauna was a real plus,I didn't think I'd like it but oh my, it was fantastic. Tons of fun. Also, Lori was so kind, she made the stay easy and gave us all the info we needed right up front.

Excellent house for a large group!

We came here for a family wedding & couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Everyone had a great time. Wish the weather had been warm & sunny so we could have enjoyed the patio furniture more but the sauna & hot tub were wonderful features we enjoyed!

Fabulous Stay

We had a great multi-generational family trip to Grand Canyon with a 3 day stay in Sedona at the end of our travel. It was a wonderful home with heated pool, hot tub and sauna. The kids loved the pool, inflatable toys and beach towels. Enough room for everyone to have space and enjoy the time together. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts and a set up for relaxing stay. close to everything including bakery and grocery store

Superb Home for Several Couples or Extended Family

We were a group of 10 that included my wife and myself; son and fiance'; and our other son, his wife and their 4 children. The home could not have been more perfect for our needs. We had two couples stay on the main floor in the large king bedrooms, and the balance stayed downstairs with ready-access to the game room, home theater and lovely backyard.The home was immaculate and quite spacious. Even with 10 people, we never felt the least bit cramped... quite the contrary. The home is also extremely well-equipped and organized. We enjoyed our leisure time inside watching The Masters golf tournament, as well as plenty of time playing with the kids outdoors and in the pool. The owner even has a large chest full of pool toys!The home is conveniently located on the Cottonwood side of Sedona, less than a mile from a large Safeway, and just about 5-10 min away from the center of town. We appreciated the fact that this part of Sedona is less susceptible to the traffic congestion we found closer to town. We found the hosts very responsive. We highly recommend this home!

Fantastic Stay with 14 of us Boys for a College Reunion!

It had everything one needs for a large group, games, pool, hot tub besides being accessible to Sedona attractions. Comfortable beds to rest after a long day! Very glad we booked this.

Amazing house

Our stay here was great. They truly tried to think of everything you might need and provide it (a basket of hiking snacks waiting for us on the table, fully stocked coffee area, plenty of paper towels, TP, etc. Even extra toothbrushes were there for us, which was convenient because one of our kids forgot to pack one. Pool and firepit area were great. Beds were comfy. Great house!!

Perfect spot

This property was amazing! The hosts were great explaining everything at the checkin process and were very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. The heated pool, hot tub, and sauna were wonderful and was the best for us to hang during the day. The view of thunder mountain is stunning and sunrise on the patio is so cool. The game room and theater area offer great options for entertainment. It’s a perfect location that is close to the hiking trails as well as the restaurants. We had such a great time and highly recommend this spot to anyone with a large group, you will love it.l!

Our best vacation rental ever!

Our multi-generational family of 14 had a terrific stay in Sedona. The house was beautiful and very large. We never felt crowded. Even on rainy days, there was lots to keep the kids occupied - foosball, air hockey, board games and video games, a pool table, ping pong - the list goes on and on. And outside, they had a great time with mini-golf, the heated pool, and a hot tub. The house was wonderfully furnished and equipped. There was, quite literally, nothing it lacked. We also really appreciated Donna walking us through the house on our arrival and explaining everything. Communication was first-rate. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, but I would have to put this one at the very top of the list - a great house in a great neighbourhood, with great hiking just a few minutes away. Thank you, Donna.

Amazing house for large family get togethers

Stayed her for a long weekend with my huge family (19 people) with toddlers and teenagers and everyone had an absolute blast. The location is great coming in from Phoenix and is outside of all the typical touristy Sedona stuff. Red Rock State Park was a really nice family spot for easy hiking and sight seeing without the crowds and lots of parking and was just a 15 minute drive and the house was close to lots of food and grocery options. The hosts were great and very helpful when we needed it. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was additional bedding options that we ended up using for some of the teenagers (they gave up their beds for a little cave off of the theater seating that they were dying to sleep in) The game room is really fun, the heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna were also huge hits with kids and adults. We will definitely be coming back!

The house has a very unique design. The builder was a custom woodworker who put an incredible amount of attention into every detail of the structure. Everyone who has stayed so far has throughly enjoyed their experience and stated that the home has a great energy and very comfortable for them and their entire group.
