Family reunion

Walking into the home we were welcomed to a large, beautiful natural light living area with a view of the red Sedona rock, magnificent. This modern house was spotless, well located and big enough to offer places for fun and spots for quiet and reflection. Plenty of family dinners were prepared in the very spacious kitchen, dining area and connected BBQ. We loved our time in this house!

Sedona Spring Break

The property was beautiful! Just as listed, actually even better! Location was perfect in a quiet area of town close to everything. Wonderful place to relax each evening after a long day hiking!

Excellent location with great mountain views

Great location, close to the town center, trails and restaurants. Very clean and the host is very accommodative with all supplies and amenities. Theatre room and hot tub are two things my kids loved the most.

The house is absolutely beautiful and was very clean. Very much appreciate the timely and kind communication of the host. The pictures online aren't even as beautiful as the house really is. Great location.

Beautiful place to stay

The house turned out perfect for my family but when everyone has their own bathroom it helps. Spacious, modern and has all the conveniences you would need.

Extended Family Vacation

Our family stay in Sedona was amazing and this house was the perfect home base for our group of 10! There was enough room for everyone to have their space when they needed and for all of us to enjoy each other’s company. The location was perfect…easy to access, close to West Sedona & downtown, and quick access to beautiful trails just short walk away (1/4 mi.). The kids loved the arcade counsel and movie room. It had everything we needed and we would definitely try to stay here again on another visit!

Family gathering for grandmothers 80th birthday celebration!

The house was exactly as described. It accommodated 5 teenagers and 7 adults very comfortably. The young people loved the game room. I was very impressed with the quality and size of the kitchen. Our family loves to cook together, and the ktchen was stocked with top of the line appliances. The location was perfect, close to town, and with easy access to hiking and other activies...trails.

Picture perfect property

This property offered everything you can imagine plus more! The location was perfect access to shopping, restaurants, excursions, and it offered amazing views. The layout was exactly what we needed for our 4 friend couples. It allowed for each couple to have a king sz room and their own bathroom. We can’t wait to visit again and bring our family!

Perfect for us

The house is spectacular, we enjoyed everything about it. The views from the back balcony were great as well as the various outdoor seating areas. We used both hot tubs and the theater. Kitchen and outdoor grill made meal prep easy. Location was very good proximity for our activities.

Perfect Luxury Getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for our adult family members as we were in town for our niece's wedding. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. There were plenty of bath and spa towels, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved that every bedroom had their own private bathroom so no one had to share a bathroom. We enjoyed just hanging out in the house, using the spas, the game room, and the movie theatre. What a treat! The view of the mountain was gorgeous both at sunrise and sunset. The location is close to Sedona and we even walked to some businesses. Having use of a washer/dryer was also very helpful. Megan was very responsive and easy to work with. Check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this listing.

Property was great, stayed with my family and my brother’s family. 4 adults and 5 teenagers. Was the perfect spot to enjoy Sedona and keep the kids entertained when at the house. Would highly recommend!

Wedding Retreat

We rented this beautiful home while in town for a wedding. It was beyond perfect for the 4 families that stayed together! It provided plenty of individual space, entertainment and beautiful views. No one wanted to leave! The home was lovely. The kitchen even had seasonings and condiments in the refrigerator, which was unexpected but nice!

Wonderful stay

From the time I reserved this beautiful home I knew it was going to be a great place. Megan the host was amazingly responsive friendly and so accommodating. The location was a nice quiet neighborhood the check-in was the easiest I've ever done. Usually when you check into a new home there is a very thick book of all the things that you can do and you can't do and check in and check out procedures, not this one it was short and to the point check out was one of the easiest places we've ever stayed. The home is absolutely beautiful perched up on a hillside. And had every amenity one could ask for including an eight-person hot tub and a private hot tub on the balcony off of the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything anyone could need the living room was comfortable and the patio was lovely especially at night for stargazing. The downstairs has a theater room that my kids loved a ping pong table a video game a full kitchen and three bedrooms. There were 12 of us and everyone had plenty of room and the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone you will not be sorry that you stayed in this lovely home.

We were in Sedona for our daughter’s wedding. We rented this house as a home base for all and it was absolutely perfect! Lots of fun things for everyone and great spaces to meet. I can’t recommend this beautiful home enough! Oh…and Sedona is a dream!

Great trip to Sedona

This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect! We had 2 families, 4 adults, 4 kids and there was so much space! House was stocked with anything you could think of and a short trip to town. Great location! Would highly recommend!
