• Guests have exclusive access to the entire home.
• Self-check-in is available via a smart lock with a unique door code. We will send the door code and the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival.
• For your safety, the unique access codes are scheduled to work only within the date and time of your stay.

🔥 POOL HEATING NOTICE
The pool heater is not needed most of the year, but we do have one available for an additional fee. Please inquire if you are interested.

NOTE: Spa/Hot Tub heating is already included in your reservation. No additional fees.

🔇 NOISE ORDINANCE
Sedona enforces a 24/7 noise ordinance. Please respect outdoor light rules and quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

🐾 PET-FRIENDLY HOME
We can consider any number of pets, but approval is required. Kindly message us with how many pets you plan to bring for more details. Pet fees apply.

☑️ GUEST SAFETY & PRIVACY
As part of your safety and security, there is a single outdoor camera monitoring the front of the house. For your privacy, rest assured there are NO cameras inside the home.

The home can accommodate up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Smart TVs throughout the home support all major streaming apps. You can log in with your own streaming accounts and remember to log out before checkout.
