Great place for the money. The property has many enjoyable games and entertainment while being close to downtown but just far enough out to enjoy the night sky. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The perfect place for a family reunion! Gorgeous setting, enough bedrooms for everyone (6!), a huge porch to dine on, and a hot tub to relax in. Our host was very gracious, and easy to communicate with. Central location in Sedona, but in a very quiet neighborhood. We hope to go back again with our family. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Host was absolutely amazing, very quick to respond to any questions. We had questions about the area and they did an amazing job helping us out before it arrival. Loved, the balcony. House worked very well, fit our needs for our weekend event. Would definitely stay there again. Great job

The VRBO was great and everything we could ask for! The views from the back porch are incredible. The house was clean and had so much space! Would definitely suggest staying here.

We were a group of 7 adults that had a great stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood just off of the main street in West Sedona which was very convenient to restaurants and hiking. Everything was clean. The hot tub worked great and could fit about 6 people.

Great Large Family Accommodations!

We had a family of 8 traveling and this place had enough beds, comfy beds, lots of light and fantastic view, great kitchen, large eating table, nice hot tub (with robes provided) to recoup after a day of hiking, plenty of bathrooms/showers for large group, responsive owners, and comfy living room couches! We were treated well!

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Very clean, very spacious, beautiful balcony, loved the big dining room table for all our family meals!!! Loved the house was close to grocery stores and very good location for all our center points of activities! We will definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect home for a family vacation with our four adult kids/couples. Bedrooms spaced for privacy. Plenty of common area. Spent hours when not hiking or cooking on the deck and hot tub. Great attention to detail and well supplied kitchen. The fifth bedroom in separate downstairs gave us parents our own space except for the lovely pool and foosball(sp?) games! Highly recommend.

Amazing views & location

We loved our stay here! It fit our group of 12 comfortably! The place was beautiful and had tons of amenities! We loved the coffee bar and hot tub! The location to downtown Sedona and all the hiking spots is great. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again!

The property was great. The big dining room, kitchen and family room were perfect for our big diverse group. Kitchen is well appointed and we cooked several meals there.

The host was very easy to communicate with and was very prompt. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Any minor issues that came up (such as firewood etc) were promptly dealt with. The house was big enough for the 11 of us. The property is rather large and an easy drive from uptown Sedona and various trailheads.

We came to stay for our wedding. Irene and Chris. We invited just family, there was 11 of us. We have rentals ourselves, and our family does as well, and I have to say they did an amazing job from the rental process, the home description, check out instructions and home communication. Women’s trip

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip. We spent a lot of time on the deck and around the dining room table. We had 12 women in our group and everyone was comfortable and happy!

Amazing- new favorite place to stay

This place could not have been more perfect for our weekend getaway. Location felt secluded and private yet so close to everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make home cooked meals, plenty to do on a night in. Gorgeous views from the patio for morning coffee or al fresco dining. Hosts went out of their way to accommodate us and very responsive. Will defintley look here first for any trip to Sedona in the future!

4 siblings and their spouses shared this home. Each couple had a king bed and their own bathroom. 2 extra bedrooms. Large gathering spaces. Deck was awesome, looking out at Cathedral Rock. Great hiking just out back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped. Best part was if any issues with the house, the host was super responsive.
