ALERT: Building Reopening November 1st!
Oceanfront condo with premium modern coastal furniture and oceanfront views. This rare updated condo is on the beach and features unobstructed views of the beach, while the inside features soft palette touches and natural finishes resembling the ocean. Taking a trip to the beach or heated pool is a breeze by using any one of the two onsite building elevators and private beach access. With it's spacious open concept floor plan, there's room for everyone to be comfortable and the third half bathroom is an added convenience for families or larger parties. The primary suite features ocean views and a large ensuite bath with private balcony access and a small workstation.

Primary Bedroom - Oversized primary suite with king bed, private balcony access, large ensuite bath, small desk, smart TV and ocean views.
Second Bedroom - Two full beds with smart TV.
Third Bedroom - Queen bed with TV.
Bathrooms â 2.5 Bathrooms including primary suite ensuite bathroom, hallway bathroom with shower/tub combo and third bathroom half bath with toilet/sink only.
Living Room - Cozy modern coastal living room with sliding glass door balcony access and smart TV, an entertainment oasis to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach.
Kitchen - Well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz surfaces.
Private Balcony - Accessible by living room or primary suite, offers unobstructed oceanfront views.
Washer/Dryer - Private washer and dryer for guest convenience.

Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap. This is not replenished by management company.
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 4 - accessible by 4 flights of stairs or use building elevator to access level 4 above parking garage.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Holidays: In the event that you are booking over a holiday weekend or before/after a holiday weekend, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 8 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction. Guests of our renters are not permitted on holiday weekends.
