We had just a couple of us that decided to take a last minite trip, just to get away. The accommodations were fine, bath tubs a bit dirty. Be sure and read all the attachments, I use my phone and missed them until I got there. In all the instructions it only said in 1 spot to follow instructions on fridge. If you do that, you will be fine and no issues. You should bring laundry soap if you plan on using any towels, there is none provided or paper towels. These are things I expect at a rental property and was surprised there were none. The outdoor pool was amazing and had the best time with other folks. Really enjoyed the view there and was in a great location! I would definitely stay again, great view from the balcony as well!
Kathyâs place at the Ozarks was awesome! Exactly what we needed. All the kitchen supplies we could want, plus an excellent grill. The view from the patio was nice.
Owner was very responsive. Place was fair for the price. Location was nice and my husband and boys enjoyed fishing off the docks. We did have to bring paper towels for all kitchen use and extra toilet paper. Place was clean and roomy. Enjoyed the ducks and turtles off the dock.
What a beautiful property! It wasnât large, but it was very comfortable and clean! It has a great patio with a wonderful view of the lake. Itâs close to the pool, which was clean and had plenty of seating. Weâll be back!
The unit had everything we needed for a relaxing/fun weekend. The pool was within walking distance and was a lot of fun. I liked the location which is near our favorite convenience store. Thank you.

This owner advertised old pictures of the the condo. She said this unit had newer carpet and leather furniture but totally the opposite. Very disappointing.
Bathrooms were disgustingly unsanitary. We spent a long time cleaning and thatâs all it took to make it better.
I have severe asthma and the very old, dirty carpet and too many dusty decorations and trinkets made it rough. Owner responded to me saying the condo was clean (and it was surface cleaned except bathrooms, decorations and carpet) When I sent pictures and videos she wouldnât respond. There was not another place to move to so we were stuck. She did adjust the cost which was professional.
The area is very safe. Pool super clean. The deck was amazing. Great view of the the lake.

We were happy with the space we rented. All of the unit amenities were described accurately. The property indoor pool and hot tub were closed for the duration of our stay, but the weather was more suited for outdoor activity while we were there. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.
We always love staying at the Southwood shore condos and this one is one of our favorite ones there. The host is wonderful, no problems communicating when we needed something. Just absolutely love the stay.
We met my extended family for a fun weekend in the Ozarks. My cousins had other condos rented in the complex. This condo is very centrally located. We had such a great time at the condo. It was perfect. We felt right at home. Thank you for your hospitality.
The condo and area were nice, comfortable l, and peaceful. On our 3rd day around 1230p, maintenance came by entered unit because my husband didn't hear them knock. Stated unit beneath had water leaking. I came back around 1pm. Maintenance came back stated needed to check master bath. Thought there was a leak they left. Came back around 330p, said we had to shut off the water and water heater. They left. I tried calling office around 430p. No answer. Tried calling maintenance, voice mail not set up. Called number for eveningshift, left message when could we turn water back on so we could go to the bath room, wash our hands, take a show. They called back and said we could turn on the water when needed to use, but turn back off. So I guess in the middle of the night we were to turn on lights and turn water on then turn back off!!!!. I texted a message to owner/host. She knew nothing about any of this. Told us to turn the water ba k on. This wasn't her fault, but the management failed BIG time. I don't want the host punished but failure of management needs to reimburse us for at least 1 night stay. Or what do you suggest?
