Little Bear Lodge was exceptionally nice, clean, comfortable and the property Manager was wonderful

Wonderful location, beautifully appointed, and a real pleasure to stay and enjoy the mountains, we will try to book again for a longer stay next summer!

Golf & Mountains

Enjoyed our stay as always. The unit was clean, well equipped and wonderfully situated overlooking the 9th green. We have stayed in this unit several times over the past 15 years and prefer it to others we have been in at the Maggie Valley Club.

Great family getaway!

Excellent property management! Condo was just as described and the views over the 9th fairway and mountains were spectacular! The weather was perfect, so we especially enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers. Would highly recommend it and will stay here again.

Great Location and well appointed condo

The Condo overlooked the 9th hole and had great views of the Mountains. Very nice balcony with high top table. The condo had everything you would need.

Having stayed here before we have always enjoyed the location and the area around the condo, this year we found it in need of some deep cleaning, and showing signs of wear. One guest room does have a tv, but only a blue ray to watch videos.

This is the second time I rented this place...this year was for Christmas. My twin sister and her husband drove all the way from Texas. It was a memorable time, love love maggie valley, the people, the quiet walks etc. Thank you for allowing my family the chance to stay at your place it was just what we needed..

The condo was terrific. We enjoyed the stay very much. Annemarie was excellent. She was on point! The condo could use a little more lighting. Pretty dark. Thank you so much. We appreciate it very much. The elevator was very handy! We loved the cold weather and snow.

AS ALWAYS

We have stayed in this unit several times over the past 14 years and it was , as always, exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The property manager was courteous and very professional in all respects as always. The balcony overlooks the 9th green and is conducive to relaxation while enjoying a cocktail or coffee in the morning. We highly recommend the golf club, it's restaurant and this unit.

Great condo and view

We truly enjoyed our week in this condo. It was very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need to make it your home away from home. The location is fabulous...a great view of the golf course and mountains. Maggie Valley had a lot to offer during our stay and the condo lcation is central to branching off and visiting area sites and attractions. The property manager Annemarie was always very helpful and informative throughout the planning and booking process. She is there for you to respond to any question. We look forward to returning.

Consistently well maintained unit

We have stayed in this unit several times over the past 15 years. It overlooks the 9th green toward the clubhouse and is our favorite over the years. TV program availability is limited unless one holds personal streaming subscriptions.

Perfect view on the golf course, comfortable, spacious, pet friendly

From beginning to end our contact went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, make extra calls to accommodate some requests we had and was very responsive to anything we needed. Spacious 2 bedroom condo which makes sharing it with my sister and her husband easy. Your not on top of each other. We spent a ton of time on the balcony/patio (pretty much every time we were in the condo we were on the patio/balcony area). Great view of the golf course and the mountains and the way its designed we sat out there when it was the middle of day sun. You are shaded from that and other times when it was raining could sit out there and not get wet. Kitchen has everything you need. Easy walk down the street to sidewalks that we could walk in the mornings and evenings to get exercise. We have stayed here before other times of the year and we have always had a wonderful stay. Thank you again for letting us rent your home.

Enjoyed the mountain view and the coziness of this condo!

Elevator was a plus because was not counting on it but it was much needed!! The condo is in a good location close to town. You are of walking distance to the clubhouse that has a bar and restaurant. Loved Maggie Valley!! Will def come back!! Thanks for this amazing condo!!!

Getaway to MVCC

Location is great to to Maggie and Waynesville. Unit on 3rd floor but elevator for use. Parking is close to unit. Was cold so didn’t use porch glad they had space heater for master! Nice views great for golf and easy to manage our small dog . Nice size for 4 adults.

We enjoy all outdoor activities but most especially golfing on the Maggie Valley Golf Course. Rates are reduced at certain hours of the day so be sure to call the club house to inquire.

WE VACATIONED AT THIS PROPERTY FOR FOURTEEN YEARS AND IT HAS BECOME A SECOND HOME TO US. WE PURCHASED THIS UNIT IN 2012 AND OUR CHILDREN HAVE COME TO LOVE THE AREA AND ALL IT HAS TO OFFER, BUT MOST ESPECIALLY THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE THIS AREA THEIR PERMANENT HOME.

ONE OF THE MANY UNIQUE BENEFITS THAT MADE US FALL IN LOVE WITH OUR UNIT AND THIS AREA WAS THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO DOWNTOWN ASHEVILLE, THE ASHEVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT, BREATHTAKING RIDE ALONG THE BLUERIDGE PARKWAY, HARRAH'S CASINO, QUEEN'S STABLES, RAFTING, AWESOME RESTURANTS AND THE LIST GOES ON. ALL BROCHURES WILL BE FOUND IN THE CONDO.
