Skyline Ranch was inspired by a dream and vision to create an unparalleled off-the-grid destination combining the best that community, creativity, and nature have to offer. Set against the backdrop of Pioneertown’s historic wild west, the ranch is 358 acres of idyllic California mountains and desert just minutes from Joshua Tree. Private & secluded, each feature of Skyline Ranch has been carefully crafted to leave an unforgettable experience that will heal and energize the soul.
Beautifully designed, clean lines and maximum windows, this modern, yet cozy home fits into its environment giving way to the spectacle of nature.
The gorgeous and spacious dining room allows for all of the guests to have views of the desert landscape. Equipped with two working kitchens-whether it's for a private catered event or self service-Both kitchens have everything you could want to prepare a gourmet feast: brand new appliances, including a double oven, dual stoves and double dishwashers-ideal for entertaining and cooking up your favorite meals.
Enjoy a game of pool or immerse yourself in the outdoor rock hot tub, nestled in between those famous high desert boulders. Grab a book or your yoga mat and find your favorite spot on the 2100 square foot outdoor deck with lounge chairs, fire pit and the best sunset views and stargazing in Pioneertown. Let the musical creative juices flow and try your talent on the beautiful Grand Piano or let us find a local musician to wow your guests with some live entertainment. Dine under the stars with a fully equipped outdoor BBQ area and bar-just one of the many outdoor spots this peaceful property has to offer.
Environmentally friendly, all electricity at Skyline Ranch is 100% powered by the sun, constructed from shipping containers and artistically styled with the original wood reclaimed from the world famous Hollywood Bowl.
Featuring 358 acres of secluded and private land with hiking trails, Mane Street Pioneertown, art galleries, restaurants and more within minutes, you will have the ultimate stay at Skyline Ranch.

We are always happy to help with any questions or concerns during your stay and you will have direct contact with the property host.
We DO NOT allow outside guests without prior permission. Over 20 guests is subject to an event fee that will be pre negotiated with property manager.
House Rules
-CHARGES FOR VIOLATIONS of house rules are strictly enforced. You can expect to be fined for smoking in buildings, cigarette butts found on property, damages to property, excess trash, extra cleaning, over occupying, moving furniture, large parties, amplified music, pets without consent or violations of any kind to our house rules or signed agreement. Fines and violations can range from $150 to $10,000 based on severity of violation of house rules and damages incurred.
Upon check in, a $2,000.00 credit authorization will be collected and refunded to you 3 days after check out, assuming damages do not occur.
Security Deposit-If you damage the home, you will be charged for the damages.
Maintenance: The grounds and pool require upkeep. By booking, you agree that maintenance may occur during your stay.
To keep our pool in good condition, they are serviced several times a week. In some cases, guests may need to exit the pool during the service. Because we regularly host guests that use the pool, frequent cleaning and service is required to keep it in swimming condition. No refund shall be issued due to the pool being serviced or the temporary unuse during the service period.
***IMPORTANT-There shall be no foreign objects or liquid spills in the pool/spa during your stay. This includes furniture, decorations, party supplies, paper goods, plastic, spilled beverages, food, oils, soaps, or any other object that is not suitable for a pool/spa. A draining and service fee will be assessed if determined these such objects have been in the pool.
*Pool Controls: Please do not touch any of the pool controls, other than the buttons on the interface as instructed. Touching other controls may result in your not being able to use the spa, heat the pool or stop the circulation from flowing in general.
Do not tamper with the electronic, internet or electrical systems.
Due to the fact this home is located outside of a gated community, a security system is in place. The property manager will walk you through location of the camera system outdoors.
Booking party must be age 30+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
Reservation is only good for the number of guests stated during the reservation booking. No additional guests will be allowed on property without consent from the property manager. Property manager has access to property at any time for the duration of the stay to ensure safety of guests and protection of property assets. Unauthorized people at the home at any time will result in an occupancy charge. Exceptions are made on an individual basis-please contact property manager for prior approval.
I am available as much as you would prefer through email or cell. I will access property when I feel I have to for safety of guests and property. This rarely occurs and typically only when full transparency has not been communicated regarding parties, neighbor complaints or police calls(which can lead to immediate eviction of property).
CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: A starter supply of expendable supplies such as paper goods and soap is provided. Basic cleaning supplies are stocked to do your own cleaning during your stay. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay unless previously arranged. Failure to comply with pre-departure cleaning requirements resulting in excessive cleaning will be charged. Please leave only a couple loads of dirty towels in laundry room. All dirty dishes, cookware and eating utensils should be washed, rinsed, dried and put away in proper location. Floors and outside patio area should be left in general good condition and ready to be vacuumed and washed by housekeeping. Please no glitter, confetti and water balloons. All household trash, garbage, recycling and/or other discarded items should be properly bagged and deposited in the proper containers. Refrigerators should be cleaned out of all items.
