. The Apartment is only to be used for residential purposes and cannot be used for Parties, events or any film shooting purposes.
. Enquiries for more than 30 nights are welcome to discounts.
. Daily Housekeeping Services will be given for short stays and twice a week for long stays (25 days and more).
. I do provide buffet breakfast with on additional charge, please mention at the time of inquiry.
. Utilities like water, electricity , Wi-Fi are included with no limits.
. Early Check in is subject to availability at the time of arrival and in case you want a confirmed early check in, kindly make the reservation from the previous night.
. We do not allow pets in the apartment.
. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment .
. Please do not make any noises after 9PM.
. Losing keys will incur a fee.
. A refundable security deposit amount will be charged at the time of check in.
