Most welcoming home away from home

First time out of the country. Me and my brother were looking for a relaxing and affordable place to stay with amazing view. After extensive looking, this place was the absolute perfect fit for us to stay the week we spent in Dubai. Alessandro is an amazing host and made everything super easy and comfortable for us to stay

One of my best stay ever.

Our stay was very awesome. The appartement was near one of the most beautiful places of Dubai. The beach was near, and everything was perfect. The facilities of the building were very clean and people were very kind. Alex has done everything for us to have the best stay as possible. I'll be there next spring for sure!

Fantastic

A very nice apartment in a building with all needed facilities like swimmingpool and gym. IT is also situated in a nice area close to the Marina where there are a lot of good restaurants. A short walk to the beach makes this apartment to an excellent choice.

comfortable accommodations

This is an expansive, open, airy luxury apartment with many luxuries within the development. The pool and gym were very nice. LHa, the onsite manager shows such warmth, kindness and genuine help, she is an asset to this property management. Overall I am highly impressed with this property and my brief stay here.

Big Surprise

I visited Dubai with my boyfriend, and we stayed in this nice apartment. Good view and good price. Fantastic the pool and the gym in the tower. We enjoyed very much and we used the vouchers. Thanx a lot

Perfect appartment in perfect location

The appartment fulfilled completely our expectations. The location in Dubai Marina was a perfect spot for all kinds of activities. The appartment itself was as described and in very good shape, nice, clean and everything in house what your stay in Dubai would make comfortable. We very much enjoyed the pool and the gym. The support during booking and in preparation as well as on-site was awesome. We will of course recommend your service for any of our friends for trip to Dubai!

Excellent apartment very near marina

Great apartment and all the arrangements made by Alex also first class.the airport pick up is a great touch and works well.the Marina area is stunning and getting around is easy via taxi or the monorail.Dubai has a lot of building going on but you barely notice.The pricey reputation is not deserved but you do get quality.The brunch at the Royal Meridien on a Friday is stunning-,just along the road as are the evening events at the local hotels-all you can eat/drink. Just do it!

Just incredible care for tenant. We had complications with dates, all has been changing in hours and even we finaly have not stayed at Ocean Heights - just say big thank you to Alex. Apprecciate, all energy he spent to our holiday, looking for another solution any minute!!!! Finaly, we had nice vacation, kids enjoyed and very short walk to our event hub in MINA resort. Just do it!! Thanks Petra and group

Good apartment !

The trip was good, the apartment is very well situated, in the Marina, near JBR so we were happy about that. The apartment was clean, and well furnished : dishes, washing machin, brooms etc... I also would like to thank Mrs. Gio she was very kind, welcoming and available for questions.

Nice apartment

Nice and confortable apartment (#3005) for a family (1 couple + 1 child) or 2 couples (one room is in fact the living room, separated by a curtain at night - like shown on the floor plan and photo). The facilities at ocean Heights are really good, with an outdoor swimming pool (shade in the morning and sun in the afternoon), gym, sauna, hamman, all very clean. There is a Carrefour Market across the street, some taxis and the Marina is at walking distance. There is a beach close to the apratment but we couldn't go since we were with a kid (you must be 21 years old for the Baratsi beach). There is then the nice JBR beach (20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi) where we went. Alessandro is very reactive by email and friendly - same thing with the local contact, Jo and the driver who were all nice, reactive and helpful. The Tram is under construction in front of the building, so it's a bit noisy during the day but Dubai is having a lot of construction going on. When the Tram will be finished, it will be really convenient to have it in front of the apartment. The aprt. has a washing machine but no dishwasher. All the pictures attached are not for the aprt but most are the right ones. I think there are 3 apartments to rent on the same floor. There are lots of things to do in Dubai, the weather is great and we really enjoyed our stay. We will come back. Thanks Alessandro for your fast replies.

BONNES VACANCES

l appartement est conforme à l annonce, lumineux et bien équipé il est bien placé, proche de la marina et il est facile de trouver un taxi pour aller visite la ville de superbes plages privées se trouve juste en face le propriétaire est disponible et discret seul bémol qui ne dépend pas de lui, il y a de nombreux travaux dans Dubai et notamment à coté de la tour, donc du bruit...mais pas le soir, ni la nuit

Schönes Apartment

Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und es war alles wie beschrieben. Einzig allein die Küchenausstattung fanden wir etwas alt - das wird aber wohl jetzt geändert. Meerblick wäre noch toll gewesen, aber die Poolanlage war ein Traum - genau wie die Lage!
