Cette résidence de deux lits / deux salles de bain est tout au sujet de l'emplacement, de l'emplacement, de l'emplacement! Niché dans un quartier pittoresque et calme à seulement quelques kilomètres de deux terrains de baseball d'entraînement de printemps, du Scottsdale Fashion Mall et du cœur du quartier du centre-ville de Scottsdale Nightlife.

Ce condo moderne et confortable de 1300 pieds carrés a été entièrement rénové de haut en bas. Tout d'une cuisine toute neuve à de nouveaux tapis, carreaux et meubles. Cette unité dispose d'une télévision à écran plat Samsung 51 'montée au-dessus de la cheminée fermée en marbre dans le salon et d'une télévision à écran plat Samsung 32' montée dans les deux chambres. Il comprend également Internet sans fil, des comptoirs en granit, une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur et de tout nouveaux appareils LG en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine. Une cafetière Keurig et des K-cups sont également fournis.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size en mousse à mémoire de forme et un ensemble de chambre complet. Grande salle de bain principale entièrement rénovée comprenant une douche à l'italienne en carreaux de verre, une spacieuse vanité double surmontée de dalles de granit et un dressing spacieux.

La deuxième suite parentale peut accueillir confortablement 2 personnes, contenant un lit queen-size en mousse à mémoire de forme. Un grand dressing avec une salle de bain attenante complète la deuxième chambre.

Le grand patio offre une vue magnifique sur Camelback Mountain, une grande table à manger pour 6 personnes et un espace séparé de chaises longues confortables.

Great weekend stay!

I couldn't be happier with our stay at this condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, great location, and felt like our own! I would highly recommend staying here if you want a great Arizona experience!!

Wonderful Scottsdale Condo

We loved our stay at this well appointed and comfortable condo. It was a quiet community - perfect for us! The pool is a great place to relax and stay cool. Absolutely no complaints - we were sad to leave and hope to visit again soon!

The perfect Arizona getaway

The condo so was perfect for two couples. Loved the large patio (great even when it’s was hot outside) and the pool that was close by! The unit itself was amazing - beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could need. We will definitely be back!!

We have stayed here before so I’m not going to write a long review. Great condo, great location and great owner. There are many condos in Scottsdale but there are no nicer owners. Thank you Kathy, we had a relaxing vacation.

Great stay

Condo was exactly as described. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable and the room stayed dark in the morning with the blinds and curtains pulled. Kitchen was well equipped and the check in process was simple. It was great having the 2 bikes available as my wife and I used them a couple of times to bike to old town Scottsdale. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful Time

Great location to both downtown Scottsdale and to North Scottsdale shopping. Condo is well equipped for all needs. Had a great week stay with my son . Plenty of room . 2 large bedrooms close to pool and easy access to parking. Condo is very nicely decorated and extremely clean.

Nice Condo!!!

This was a great place to stay!! We have stayed at other places in the Scottsdale area & would definitely stay here again. The place is clean, with a nice layout. Nice job with the decorating. The weather was hot!! so we enjoyed the pool daily. Kathy was a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to a return visit.

Great Time in Scottsdale

My wife and I travelled to Scottsdale after spending some time in Las Vegas, and this is the perfect accommodation for relaxation and golf. The condo was as described and in perfect condition. The ongoing communication from the owner prior, during and post stay was excellent and provided all the info that was asked for. We have used VRBO on many occasions and would say that this was the best accommodation found to date. A car is vital for this stay area with plenty of golf courses and restaurants nearby.

Very Clean and Comfy and Close to everything we wanted to do

The Scottsdale condo was perfect for my mother and I. We both had our own bathrooms and the beds were super comfy. We loved our bike ride into Old Town Scottsdale and we were only a short drive to great restaurants,shopping and visiting family in nearby towns. The unit was sunny and bright and very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately we were so busy sight seeing we didn't have time to use the pool or spa, but it looked very nice and clean. The price was great and I would rent it again.

The perfect rental property for our Scottsdale vacation!

We stayed in this condo for 10 days and it was wonderful. We had great communication with Kathie and the pictures of the condo showed us exactly what to expect. In fact, we found it to be even better in person. She has beautifully decorated the apartment and it had everything we needed. Ground floor was a big advantage. The kitchen has all the equipment you will need and very nice appliances. A short walk to the very quiet pool. Location is close to everything in Scottsdale and a really nice park is just a few blocks away.

Great condo in Scottsdale

This is our second year we have stayed at this condo and it remains the best place we have stayed in Scottsdale. First the owner, Kathy is friendly and easy to work with. She answers e-mails promptly and she couldn’t be nicer. The condo is clean, beautifully furnished, located in a nice neighborhood, and has everything you need for a really relaxing stay except for the margaritas. The 2 things that make this property unique for us is the private patio and the fact it has a walking/jogging/ biking path a stone’s throw away. The neighborhood is pretty quiet if you are looking for a peaceful stay. We only used the pool once but the pool area was nice,

Large, sunlit condo

This condo seems large because it is an end unit and the outer wall is filled with windows. The kitchen is modern and well appointed, the bedrooms are spacious and sport walk-in closets, the bathrooms are modern, and the patio extends around two sides of the condo. You'll love the comfortable patio furniture--make sure to try the rocking chair! Kathie is a delght to work with--generous and considerate. We spent two weeks here while our home was being remodeled and enjoyed this area of Scottsdale with its wealth of recreational activities

Amazing property

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO, and similar properties, but none comes close to the absolute perfection of the this property and the owners. There is nothing that you could imagine wanting that isn't stocked in the unit. Paper goods, spices, cleaning supplies, laudry detergent - it's all there. Bikes&helmets included, and the most amazing beds - my wife slept so well, she wants to get a mattress for us at home like the one there. Kathie was incredibly easy to work with, and responded almost instantly to all of my silly inquiries (know a good restaurant nearby?), and was the most pleasant person to deal with - incredibly flexible for all requests. Don't hesitate to book this property - it's ideally situated in quiet area, plenty of space - modern appliances, nearby to everything you would need.

Fantastic stay at updated, well-appointed Scottsdale end-unit condo!

We had an amazing stay at Kathie and Mark's beautiful Scottsdale condo! It is impeccably decorated, clean and well-appointed with all the essentials and more--like two bicycles to enjoy the area's paths, parks and trails. The kitchen is large and updated, the beds are really comfortable (I have a bad back, so this was important to me) and the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the end-unit condo worked out well for our family. We loved having our morning coffee on the spacious outdoor patio with a view of Camelback Mountain and enjoyed the covered area of the patio during peak sunlight. It's conveniently located to Old Town Scottsdale, the MLB Spring Training Complexes and just a short drive to PHX airport. The condo complex pool (it's heated!) was fantastic--we went nearly every day and never had an issue finding chairs. Kathie made us feel welcome and right 'at home' in Scottsdale. We can't wait to return!

Very comfortable condo in a great Scottsdale location

We stayed here for a four day weekend during the summer heat. Everything was perfect with the condo with everything provided. There are 2 mountain bikes available to use on the path near the condo. We used them every morning before it got too hot! The pool area was lovely and mostly empty in the evenings, almost like our own private pool. We also used the barbecue and kitchen at the pool. We had a great time in Scottsdale, visiting museums during the hot afternoons. The patio is a lovely place for breakfast before the heat, with a great mountain view. Unfortunately, our sunrise balloon flight was grounded due to lightening. We'll have to come back for a balloon ride! As vegans we found awesome restaurant choices in the area so we didn't use the kitchen as much as we usually do with travel. However, everything we could need was here. All in all a great place to stay!

Golf trip

This was supposed to be a golf trip for me a d hubby, but last minute he couldn’t go so my best friend did. The condo was absolutely perfect!! It’s spacious, super clean, and in a safe neighborhood. We used the bikes every day; golfed 4 rounds; 2 days at the pool, which was busy with many travelers, but so quaint & fun for meeting people a d socializing; the beds were extremely comfy and the best appliance in the kitchen besides the Keurig was the SALAD SPINNER!!!! I have gone through 3 salad spinners at home and out of 7 VRBO stays, there’s never been a salad spinner. Kathie and Mark have taken fantastic care of their property and are wonderful hosts. This is a ground floor unit and the people upstairs are “heavy footed” at 6am each morning; but we are morning people and the patio with coffee was the place to go! I highly recommend this condo and will absolutely book it again in the future. I didn’t want to leave!

Beware of Snakes!!

If you want to rent this condo when I do, please don't. There are cockroaches, snakes, and mountain lions. It's very dangerous.... ;-) For everyone else, this property is beautiful at a great location. It is clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. This condo has a great private patio. I'm sure the neighbors liked Bon Jovi. We didn't use the bikes, but there is a pathway just outside the property for daily walks. There are probably nicer condos in all of Scottsdale, but there are not nicer owners than the Olsen's. Kathy told me to make myself at home, so I painted the bedroom. I hope you like the color.... the Orange and Navy Blue look "Normal" if you live in Illinois. Thank you, we had a really relaxing vacation. Rich David

We started visiting Scottsdale 14 years ago when our oldest daughter moved for her career. We love the beautiful weather, sunshine and mountains views. It is a great town to be as busy or as relaxed as you want. Always something to do and see, great restaurants, shopping, hiking, biking. museums, art, Spring Training. The list can go on and on!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose our condo and area of town because it is centrally located to all that Scottsdale and greater Phoenix has to offer. Highway access is just minutes away and main roads are within 2 blocks. Beautiful parks are within walking distance as well as the Greenbelt walking/running trail, just outside the condo community entrance.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Walden Court is a well-established condo community that is quiet and beautifully maintained. There are mature trees and grass areas to enjoy along with the large community heated pool, spa and outdoor grill area.
