Cette chambre 3/2 salle de bain condo Scottsdale est idéalement situé à proximité de nombreuses attractions telles que MLB Spring Training, Vente aux enchères Barrett Jackson voiture et Talking Stick Casino.

Le condo est situé près de l'intersection du boulevard Shea et le 101.

L'unité est un condo du rez de chaussée au calme dans un complexe très sûr et sécuritaire. Il est équipé de A / C et les ventilateurs de plafond pour votre confort.

Location was great. Within 20-30 minutes to anyplace we wanted to go.

We had a great experience. Had to do a little cleaning when we arrived but overall was fine. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Winter Get-away

This condo was perfect for us. Cindy and Jamie were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Jack (their Dad) was our on-site landlord. He was so friendly and extremely helpful. It was great to meet him! As for the condo itself, great location. You are just about 10-20 minutes from everything...airport, Old Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, etc. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance or a quick drive. Lots of bike/walking trails. The condo is very clean and the pics are right on. 3 bedrooms (king & 2 queens), very comfortable beds. There are plenty of linens, towels (including beach towels). The kitchen has everything you need. The washer & dryer work great. We had an assigned parking space, steps from our door. There are 3 pools in the complex, but we only used the one closest to our condo (3 min. walk). It's a very nice, heated pool with a hot tub and gas fire pit. The people in the complex and those that gather at the pool are super nice. We made lots of friends! There are community gas or charcoal grills for you to use which are not far from the condo. The patio is small, but worked well for the two of us. I would recommend this place to anyone. We look forward to returning again in 2024!

Absolutely Perfect

What a great property and a terrific location in Scottsdale. We just spent six weeks loving Arizona. This property had everything we needed and was extra roomy with three bedrooms. The heated pool was absolutely lovely and a huge bonus. We liked it so much we are coming back next year for 8 weeks! We were safe, secure and enjoyed the whole complex.

It was a very enjoyable stay the place was clean and very comfortable. The location was great very close to the freeway and restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores ect. Check in/out instructions were very clear and simple. All around a great place to stay.

Perfect location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was in good working order and the kitchen was well equipped. It is in a great location near our favorite Frys and several neighborhood sports bars where we can see our Blackhawks. The owner was available and very helpful in responding to our requests. And the beds!They are very comfortable. You will enjoy your stay!!

FANTASTIC WINTER - FANTASTIC CONDO

We couldn’t have been happier. Great owners were there if we needed them - a phone call away. Beautiful condo nicely furnished and close to warm pool and walking distance to restaurants. Over the last 10 years we have used many owner condos and have never found any more accommodating. We will be back in Scottsdale and will want to come back here. It was perfect for entertaining our older children and grand children when they visited. THANKS CINDY

Good Location

We stayed 2 months at this very well located condo. Walking distance to Starbucks coffee, Nektars juice, Sprouts, Fry's and numerous services. Access to the 101 Loop is 2 blocks away The condo is well equipped with responsive owners and the complex pools are well looked after. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

A month with family

Recently we lost one of our brothers in Mesa. We were unable to be there in June so we decided as soon as I was done working we would go to Arizona to visit family, not to go to Sedona or other places. The month went by too fast. Our condo was the most comfortable place to be when we came back from a visit with our other brother and sister in law or the family of my dear brother that had gone to heaven. Every morning we would wake up rested and relaxed because of the great beds. We had so much space that we wanted to take it home with us. A spacious beautiful condo where every room had character. Cindy and her family could not do enough for us, letting us know of any important issues. We could call home to see if our family were all OK and let them know that we were OK. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee and teas for our first day. We were close to any stores or restaurants. It was a quiet sub division where everyone respected each other. If we come back to visit family again, we will for sure ask Cindy if she has availabilities.

Beautiful updated condo

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for the winter (Jan 9 - April 3rd) and we thoroughly loved our stay! The unit is updated, clean and has stylish decor. The beds are super comfy, kitchen is stocked and the showers are WOW! Loved the social life at the pool, the location is perfect for anything you want to do in Scottsdale, and the owners are fantastic to work with. We will be counting the time until we can come back!!!!!

Beautiful High-End resort style condo

We spent an amazing month at this condo. Photos don't do it justice. The layout made it feel much larger than it is. We felt like we were in the Presidential Suite at a resort. Everything from the sheets to the decorations was high end and felt brand new. The sheets and towels were so wonderful I asked the owner where she bought them so I could put them in my new home. I even bought bed frames that were very similar since my family liked how everything looked. The bathrooms were so beautiful as well! Location near so many great restaurants within walking distance. Heated pool and great workout room too! We did not want to leave!!
