About this space
Relax by our cocktail pool in this recently remodeled guest cottage that is just minutes from the Sun Coast beaches. You will find our cottage is fully equipped and has everything you'll need for a quick getaway or an extended stay. The back door opens up to the outdoor bar with a grill and the lush, tropically landscaped backyard pool area. 5-minute drive to St Pete Beach, 7 to Treasure Island, OR ride the Sunrunner shuttle and forget about the hassle of beach parking. We are pet-friendly!
The space
The pool cottage is a comfortable home with everything you and your family will need for your Florida vacation. It has a fully appointed kitchen that features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, range, microwave, and dishwasher- it is a great space for the cook in the group. The open floor plan in the living area is great for socializing, relaxing and having fun! Both spacious bedrooms have queen pillowtop mattresses and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to make room for the whole family. The recently remodeled bathroom has a beautiful tile shower and we provide plenty of clean towels for everyone in the group upon your arrival (a washer and dryer are located in the cottage for your convenience as well). Use the cottage's outdoor dining and bbq area to grill out or enjoy a cold beverage under the shady umbrellas just steps from the pool. Our cocktail pool is four and a half feet at the deepest point so it is safe for the kiddos. It is also great for pool games, social soaking or just watching the time slip by while you are laying out and lounging in the Florida sun. There is a small private, fenced off yard space for you and your pets behind the cottage for those late-night or early morning doggie walks or it has plenty of seating so you can just use it as a shady spot to yourself.
Guest access
You will have the entire guest cottage with an outdoor lounging and dining area with a grill, a private fenced yard space, as well as a shared yard and pool area.
Other things to note
PETS- A pet fee of $15/night/pet will be assessed for approved pets. Longer stays reduce the per night fee. Your fee will be communicated to you upon making your reservation. We can let you know what it will cost ahead of time if you message us with details!

Some other rules to note-
1. No Smoking or vaping in the house. There is an outside area provided for smoking.
2. No large parties or events.
3. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.

We recommend reserving for 30 nights or longer because you won't want to leave once you get here!
