It is in a great location, safe & quiet neighborhood, easy-to-access, just a short drive or bike ride away to everywhere (5-10 minutes). Many good restaurants, grocery stores, museums, library, coffee place, stores, breweries, hospitals, bars and night clubs in downtown St Pete and sandy white beaches. Jumped in the sun runner or public transport to downtown or beaches.
Whether you are looking for a solo, family, romantic, friends or business trip, or you are working remotely, this house will provide you comfort and convenience while you are enjoying all that this beautiful area has to offer.

* SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - 2 BEDROOMS + SOFA BED + TRAVEL CRIB *
Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed (one soft and one firm), window treatments, soft and firm pillows, fresh linens, and sheets, hangers and ceiling fan. The beds are comfortable for a great night of sleep.
Bedroom 1 has a firm mattress with memory form topper, a dresser, large closet with mirror and extra drawers for storage under the bed.
Bedroom 2 has a softer mattress with pillowtop, nightstands, reading lamps and a closet.
The sofa bed in the living room can sleep in 2. You will find extra sheets, blankets and towels in the linen closet.
Travel crib/ pack n’ play is available on request at no additional cost.
